Richie is literally the best! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by him and he asked if I needed any help, which I definitely did, I know nothing about car parts and all that but I did know I needed a new air filter for my Honda so I asked him for one. Richie also asked if I needed the air filter behind my glove box, which I was shocked by because I didn’t even know my car had a second air filter?? After telling him my lack of knowledge on the second one he didn’t even hesitate asking if I’d like for him to not only put it in for me but also show me where/how to install it myself so I know next time. Less than 5 minutes after taking up on Richie’s offer he did exactly that and I didn’t feel judged at all while he educated me about the process. Definitely coming back to only this Autozone from now on because of this experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have frequented this location several times in the past years and I have got to say that the customer service is OUTSTANDING!
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always takes the time to help.

Two words, THANK YOU TISHA!!! We had a rough morning, on our way home the car's dash lit up with all these error messages. We called a tow, and they thought it might actually be the battery and gave us a charge and we went on our way to autozone! Freak error from a previous autozone, we had the wrong battery! The whole time! Tisha was quick to help us and gave us a sweet deal. Thank you Tisha again, and hope the coffee helped. Will be going to this autozone for their amazing service. I appreciate this team so much.

Our engine light came on the other day, so we rushed to Autozone to see if they could take a look at it. Richie was nice enough to help us figure out the cause of it. He’s a real one for that. We will be coming to this Autozone again!

Tisha and Sergio were amazing. I had visited a different location this past summer to get windshield wipers and the guy completely butchered my driver side wiper. Sergio and Tisha replaced it no questions asked and handled my other purchases and returns efficiently. Tisha also helped me replace my battery in my key fob. 10/10 recommend this location!

Tisha, the manager of this place, absolutely took care of me. She didn’t even have to change my battery that was out of warranty but did anyway! She also called other stores for me to get my exact product. She went above and beyond. I cannot remember the last time I’ve had a customer service interaction like this and I will never forget the solid she did for me!

This Autozone in Clovis on Ashlan/Fowler has the nicest staff I've come in contact with these days. If only customer service was like that everywhere. Very helpful and accommodating. They even helped me with my windshield wipers, and I had no idea how to replace them! I will always go to this Autozone no matter where I am at the time.
