It was the 1st hot day last week when my mom's battery died. Got a jump to get us to the store. I wish I knew the person's name. But he was so so nice. Popped the hood and confirmed the battery was under warranty. Changed it out, and we were back on the road. This was the best service I have ever gotten for her car. And friendly while doing. That was very appreciated.

I called to check to see if they had a part for my car, I was told they did have the part and how much it would cost and what the warranty was on the part.
They even told me if there was a core return for the part.
I was told they carried the part but did not have it in stock at this shop.
I was told what shops did have it in stock, which was very helpful.

This is where I recycle used motor oil and get most of my autoparts. Friendly staff and always helpful.
Getting in and out of the location is a bit of a maze if you are not familiar with the lot.

The 2 men working tonight 12/22/2023 wee so rude they first sold me adhesive glue spray when I asked for glue remover I almost ruined my hood sbd when I go back to get right thing they are do Ryde yo Me I'm just appolled

My car had a emergency flat and we stopped at the nearest auto zone we could find, the man at the reception desk recommended I use (tire plug) but when I asked if I could have some assistance being a 17 yr old female with no experience myself, the 4 men behind the counter said they never fixed a flat tire before, I tried using the tire plug but was unsuccessful, I asked if they had anything else to fix a flat tire and they recommended I use fix a flat and as I was putting the spray in my tire I walked back into the store and asked them if they knew how much spray I should put into the tire, silly me they didn't know that either! So there were 4 men who worked at auto zone and none of them had any experience about a tire puncture. Great... as I'm working at my tire trying to stop the leak 2 men in a green car pull up right next to me telling the guys inside about some engine problems and all 4 men were outside helping these guys try to figure out what's wrong with their car. I didn't know you could just pick and choose who you wanted to help but that's okay i guess! Long story short this place sucks I would never ever ever go there for ANY type of assistance of any kind ever in my life again.

Really great customer service, people and employees are friendly and helpful. The best person who helped me the most and went above and beyond is Lando! I hope he gets a raise!
