Stopped by and they were quick to check my battery and let me know I had a bad battery. Sure enough the battery was bad, but the service I received was absolutely atrocious. Apparently I had an O'Reilly battery in my car. Rather than taking the opportunity to help me or sell me a battery they just kept telling me that the battery I had was not their brand. I had to argue with him to look up my purchase history. So I drove over to O'Reillys and bought a new battery and they were very helpful. If good customer service is important to you go to O'Reilly's for your auto care needs.

I took my car in today to have the check engine light checked. I had the pleasure of meeting Morgan & Taylor, they were so knowledgeable & helpful. They really went above & beyond helping me out, I would highly recommend this location.

5 employees talking to each other joking around, 0 customers in the store besides myself, no one had the professional courtesy to ask if I needed any help while I was looking at batteries. I took my business elsewhere,( I needed 2 marine batteries)
