I went in to pay cash for my gas. I told him $70 on six and paid with a 100-dollar bill. I went out and took off the gas cap, inserted the nozzle, and pushed 87, followed by squeezing the handle. Nothing happened. I made sure the nozzle was in correctly and squeezed the handle, and still nothing happened. The screen next showed Thank you, go inside for change (this is paraphrasing it.) I went in and asked Ravi to try to restart it, and he replied to give me back the $30. and interrupted and asked him just to restart it. He said just give me the $30; the pump is broken. He took the.$30 from my hand and handed me $100 back. Useless. I still need gas. What do I expect from the man I gave one $1 bill, 9 dimes, and, two nickel to and asked for quarters for the air pump and he hands me the two dollar bills back to me. That is useful. Not.

Worst customer service!!!! I stopped here to put gas. Paid at the pump, when asked if I want a car wash I hit no. After I pumped my gas a receipt printed and I was charged for a car wash. Went inside told the cashier that I hit no when asked if I wanted a car wash and still was charged. The cashier went to get someone else to assist with my refund. The guy who came to help me refused to give me back the $5.00 I was charged for the car wash. He told me he was only giving me $4.00 because of the other fees. I told him I wanted the $5.00 that the receipt said I was charged "for a car wash" not other charges/fees. He continued to argue with me and refused to give me the money back. He was very rude and very demeaning towards me. I will never return to this gas station again!!
