Absolutely terrible service at this location. For a business that advertise services like free tire rotation and open on Sundays, they sure treat those customers like dirt. I made an appointment to have the tires rotated on my car. The website advised of a 30 minute long appointment. If it would’ve been a little longer than 30 minutes, I wouldn’t complain. However, I was there for 2 hours and saw at least 2-3 customers arrive after me and leave before me. The guy at the front desk came to me after an hour with the inspection and said they were finishing up. An hour later, he says they’re just resetting everything. Not surprisingly, they didn’t even reset the alert on the car as they said. I understand that I was there for a free service and the other cars were paying, but these technicians make the same hourly that they do rotating my tires for my appointment, than they would replacing a new tire. They definitely ensured that I would not be coming back to pay for any service with this business. 0 stars

Great place to go for an oil change. They checked all fluids thoroughly and great customer service. I called them for an appointment and scheduled me right away within an hour. FREE tire rotation too. Happy customer.

I moved to Tennessee and was visiting California this week bought tires before I left and got my free tire rotation I’m super sad they don’t have a facility yet in TN. Great service! Great prices! Definitely recommend this place

I don’t recommend going to this place customer service is terrible and I brought my truck for tire service they forgot to tide one off the tires and it come out went I was driving out of my driveway that’s unacceptable never going back ?

Such a great experience. First time I had ever been there. Going back in two weeks to have more things that need to be done. Showed me a picture of something thing that needed to be done and explained everything in detail. Randy is the best at what he does. Thank you Randy. When I need tires that will be my place to go to.?

Ask these great folks about the pinecone stuck in front of my radiator!
ATD has always been great and do a professional job for almost all of our auto needs. Today they serviced the A/C on one of our cars and found that there was no electrical to the compressor. They were VERY helpful in finding another source and gave us a substantial refund for not being able to do that part of the job.
