This place wasn’t too bad I was able to get things taken care of in a timely manner. Their seating here is a little short of chairs when busy. Still better than seating at the DMV that’s for sure.

I was greeted before I got through the door, and I informed the cheerful lady that I was there to make a payment. I was directed to a waiting area and told I had 2 people ahead of me, and my name would be called after them. It was only a 10 minute wait until it was my turn to be helped. A very, very nice lady named Doreen helped me. ? I was on my way within 15 minutes. A very pleasant and painless experience!

Have been a member for many years buy insurance rates rose astronomically over the years and I've never had an accident or ticket and I drive a 10 yr old vehicle. Last year I dropped the auto insurance but kept the roadside assist which has also increased in cost and added many limitations. Last week I went in to speak to the travel agent to assist with airline tickets and insurance for a Europe trip but I was told they no longer do airline tickets and I can just go online and do this myself. Anyway this was the last straw for me. My new insurance covers roadside assist and since they can no longer assist with my travel plans... I no longer need them or their services.

Excellent service. The assistant manager, Esmeralda, went above and beyond to help me with DMV services. She recognized my needs, helped me, and treated with respect. It was an excellent experience.

I'm not sure what the point of this building and having employees in the building unless you need some DMV or travel help. You can't get any help on insurance at all. All the people in there I feel bad for them because AAA is moving out of California. They're auto road service is the worst because in Fresno they prefer Sierra towing who's the worst towing company in the valley. I waited 3 hours and those assholes never showed. AAA insurance in 32 years I had two claims total at about 3,000. In February I had my third claim $32,000 after a tree fell on my house and the muthafukas canceled my insurance. Then they lied and stated it was not because of the claim but because my pool didn't have any water in it in Match since it neeed replastering and because my back fence was down having been blown over by the wind. I drove out there to discuss let them know my pool's got water in it and I've had a fence replaced for 4 months and they couldn't help me. Have to call a 800 number and if you're really lucky pressing a lot of buttons you might actually get to speak someone but it's very difficult. Fuck AAA
