I have a wonderful travel agent named Lori totally calm efficient and acted like it was her dollars being spent. For over an hour she delligently connected the dots I trust her completely. I couldn't have managed on my own. Thanks sooooooo much appreciated. I had no idea of all the services they provide. It was awesome ? she's my go to gal. ?

WOW, what an excellent experience and group of employees that work at the AAA branch in Clovis. My family of 4 came into the branch to transfer 2 cars around between us while using the DMV services, renew AAA membership and change auto insurance policies. Every single employee that assisted us was friendly, professional and assisted us with a quick turnaround time. Easy to park, clean office, everything was just amazing. No wait time! This is the place to go for help with insurance, DMV, travel and I learned that they now have home security.

I was trying to tow my car because the tire popped out, the gentleman came in ten minutes to tow it and realized he could fix my tire. So he gave me some pointers and fixed my tire and saved me so much money. There was no need to tow my car at all. They appreciate my time and everything was done in 15 mins.

The office was so nice when they didn't have a lot of employees. Now you have the typical AAA employee picking things apart looking for problems. Then the satisfaction of being of no help. Why do I keep my membership!

Walked in and immediately met with a representative to get a copy of my motorcycle registration. Very pleasant and straightforward experience. Highly recommend this location because they are open on Saturdays and get DMV stuff done without the wait times!

Excellent service in getting the registration on my car changed from out of state to California. Marci did a great job and was very pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond in the customer service she provided!!!

This AAA office is calmly decorated, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend highly! I had been struggling to get ahold of a human at the DMV. I spent, at least, 2 hours on the phone, online and 3 emails over 4 days trying to turn in DMV paperwork for a disabled placard. I went to the Herndon AAA and within 10 minutes, I walked out with the placard I need after a stroke. Thank you, thank you!

After attending the Fresno Home Show in November and conversing with Joshua Lopez, we opted to switch our home security system, in place for over a decade, to A3 Smart Home Security. Joshua eloquently presented A3's offerings, displaying professionalism in addressing our queries. On December 1st, during the transition, Gustavo mirrored the dedication and professionalism. He took the necessary time to address our questions, explained procedures adeptly, and ensured optimal camera placement for comprehensive coverage. The experiences with both Joshua and Gustavo exceeded expectations. We highly recommend A3 to friends and family.
