Overall cool memorabilia store to bop around in. But I went in looking for baseball cards, since the word Cards is in the title, and their offerings are extremely underwhelming. They had no significant loose cards out (autos, rookies, numbered etc). They had a few boxes but way overpriced. The bowman chrome blaster, a 30-35 dollar box anywhere else, was listed for $50. So, not really a card shop to hit up if you’re a hobbyist. The main focus of the store is general memorabilia.

I enjoy the owner. A guy diagnosed with many illnesses and still comes in to work. Enjoy talking with him and seeing him. Bless that man.

Had a very negative experience with this shop. Keep in mind this is the shop next to silkroad gallery and not the smaller shop along the way. I came in very interested to buy a complete set of figures. I'm talking 10 at least. All of them. Told the store keeper that I had every intention to purchase them . Found out the price. I didn't even attempt to negotiate. I just agreed to whatever the set price was that he them for them and I said "I'll be back in 15-30. Have to stop by the bank to get the cash" I wanted to pay In cash. We agreed . I come back no less than an hour later. Cash in hand ready to make the purchase. I notice the figures were gone. Thought he had placed them aside for me. Nope , he looked me in the eyes and said "someone came in while you were gone and bought them all up" Was he lying? Was he being for real? Did he just not want to sell them to Me? I don't know..I was just at a loss for words. Despite agreeing on my intent to purchase them at whatever price they were. Despite making gentleman's agreement. He sold them under my nose. The store sold what I had pretty much had claimed already. I get needing to make money for your shop but this was without a doubt unprofessionalism at its finest. I left the store. Never making a single purchase from there again.

Where to begin.. It's a really cool shop to come browse if your into all sorts of collectibles. A part of me is torn however when I do come to visit as this store will always have a special place in my heart. As a kid at the age of 8 I would make my aunts take me here on a weekly basis before I ended up moving to Oregon. Even then I'd come down in the summers and I would make sure to come visit a handful of times and buy a few booster packs of Pokémon cards. I remember the original owner but unfortunately can't remember his name since it's been so long since I've seen him, but he was the most generous and thoughtful owner of any store I've been too. He remembered me, my brother and cousin and always gave us a souvenir to take home regardless if we ended up buying anything. To this day I still have 2 of the Pikachu World Languages from 2000 still sealed along with a couple Japanese neo files that he gave us. He would give my mom an extra plush if she couldn't make up her mind on which one she wanted more, Japanese Pokémon prism stickers or even Pokémon topsun cards. Now that I moved back I came to see if he still owned it and if it was at its original location still but saw that they moved to Sierra vista mall. Also I was a bit sad to see he sold his shop and that the store went into a different direction with products. I am a big pop fan so I was happy they branched into selling pops but I noticed they didn't really sell much Pokémon cards or Japanese items. The new owner seemed somewhat pleasant but didn't really go out of his way to greet me or make me feel at home. He wasn't rude by any means but the vibe to the store is very different. Idk if it's his daughter (which would make sense if she was) but theirs always a girl who kinda sits or leans on the closest glass display shelf on the right as you walk in. All three times I've went she's been there and all three times she never once looked up at me or greeted me. she's probably not an employee, however her leaning their might make someone assume she is and the fact she doesn't bother to welcome you in kind of leaves a feeling when entering the shop. Also, it's sometimes hard to see the price tags on the pops and for someone who might be interested in a pops price might find it difficult to want to even ask her.. Mainly because she's always staring at her phone, which she holds right above the glass shelf and for the fact her body language doesn't come off as positive or even an inviting energy. If anyone knows the original owners name and maybe where I can run into him again that would be great if you could leave in a review below. Him, his shop and the joy he gave me as an 8 yr old Pokémon collector has truly stayed with me to this day. I've recently been selling some of my old collectibles and hope one day, to be able to bring just as much joy and excitement to kids faces.. as he did for me.

So the selection is definitely 5 star, but they lose three stars because their business model is to buy figures on amazon and immediately sell it for twice the price. I would be more than willing to support local and pay a little bit more, but not twice what I can pay at amazon, wal mart, target, ebay, or anywhere else.

Im referring to thier a to z tous- it’s overpriced. A little over 60 dollers for 10 inch childs play funko. Its 35 dollers at GameStop and o didn’t see nothing to justify it being that much

I personally won’t go here any more. I been always going with my friends and they have really nice stuff. I went in once to get a gift for my friend and then was asking questions about requesting an item for me personally and was responded back in the rudest way ever by the guy with glasses and a ponytail. If you see this, please change your attitude towards customers. Everyone else is very friendly except for you.
