What an amazing experience with secret garden florist! I ordered a bouquet for a friend going through a loss but accidentally had the flowers sent when she was out of town. The flowers somehow still looked vibrant and lovely after being left outside for 4 days but secret garden really went above and beyond and offered to pick the bouquet up and freshen it. The results were absolutely beautiful and my friend and I are so grateful. Their kindness really went a long way and I can’t recommend them enough!

The woman who works at this shop is the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with. She was so rude, numerous times, to my mom and I that we walked out and bought the FUNERAL bouquet somewhere else. That’s right, she’s rude to people in mourning. I’ve never been back and will never go back. I’ve never been treated so poorly…and during a hard time. If I could give this shop zero stars, I would.

a delightfully charming floral & gift shop filled with gorgeous home decor. such a chic, elegant boutique. there are both fashion forward & vintage/antique finds to be found. we brought home a few things: a beautiful peace lily plant which was healthy & full; a bamboo basket + kitchen towel set which was 50% off the regular price! also, my husband & i were lucky enough to have met kim, who went above & beyond our purchase of the vintage hutch in her store. she delivered our piece to our home & we are so grateful & ecstatic with the level of customer service this charming shop provided. the pictures i took just doesn't do this shop justice, i wish i could include more than yelp's 10 photo limit. this floral & gift shop is a whimsical place that'll take you to a whole new world once you step in. the way the shop is set up is stunning! the chandeliers are gorgeous. there are funny & witty greeting cards for every occasion, cute kitchen towels, toss pillows, lovely scented soaps & lotions, reusable tote bags..so much more. it's really the perfect place to find unique gifts for everyone. there's even an outside area filled with vintage furniture. it's truly a secret gem of a garden.

I don’t know what I was thinking. Obviously I wasn’t at the time when I was organizing my daughters baby shower and went to another local florist. After being treated poorly [with no exaggerations] I thought Oh My Gosh why didn’t I go to A Secret Garden! I walked In the next day and was greeted very kindly. I explained what I had envisioned and with no hesitation I was shown what flowers they suggested to use. Pricing was spot on. When the flowers arrived at the venue I was so happy how they turned out and in fact they were perfect!!!! Team at A Secret Garden did a terrific job. Thanks again ladies.

I placed an order online through Telefloral. We received a completely wrong arrangement. I never received a call regarding a substitution. When you call the shop to get it resolved, it goes to a call center. They have no direct phone number to the shop. Horrible way to handle customer service. So much for supporting a local company when they outsource their customer service to India. There are plenty of other florists in the Fresno area. I would recommend ordering from a different florist.

The WORST service I have ever encountered. I placed the order a week ago to ensure my best friend received her flowers early for her birthday. It is now 12 and she has not received them. I called them TWICE and both times they have said to me that they are unable to research the order because it is an "older order" - this is some bullshit. How are they unable to lookup and order if the order number is provided to them!? This is ridiculous. I am so upset by this situation. What is the point of placing orders in advance if they're going to be late anyways? I promise I will NEVER order from secret garden again because clearly their secret is terrible service.

My husband's mother recently passed away. I was tasked with caring for all the funeral details. I asked the funeral home who they recommend for flowers; they pointed me here. The sales experience was perfect. I was greeted warmly when I came through the door. The sales representative was familiar with flower-making and current inventory. The product manuals concisely showcased a variety of product samples. We made decisions efficiently. On the day of the funeral, the flowers arrived on time. The delivery expert helped with showcasing the flowers well on stage. I absolutely recommend this flower shop. The next time I have flower needs, I will be sure to call them first. Thank you, again, for serving our family during a time that we needed it.

My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend. Paid extra to get the premium version of the valentines arrangement he chose. The pictures are definitely misleading. The size looked nothing like what he was shown online. I guess I should say thank goodness he didn't order the basic or she wouldn't have gotten much. Please use more realistic pictures so customers aren't fooled. Here's a picture of what she got and what she was supposed to get since he paid extra. The arrangement was also one sided not the 360 look you would expect by seeing this.

A Secret Garden is the worst florist I've ever dealt with. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a florist. I went into the business today to order flowers for my daughters birthday. I was extremely clear on what I wanted and the person who took my order also seemed to understand. I even referred to a picture of a bouquet that they make in the shop. Their delivery was ugly, cheap, completely different from what I had ordered and referred too. This consisted of the wrong color of only roses (which was not the order), shabby craftsmanship, being overly expensive, and embarrassing. I'm super disappointed. I question the transparency of this business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FLORIST, YOU WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT BE DISAPPOINTED. I contacted the business this afternoon to share my thoughts and concerns and I'm currently waiting for a call back.

I took a while to think about posting this review, but I feel the need to. This business did my wedding flowers for me. I was super disappointed in what I got from them. During my quote, Aubrey explained very beautiful and full flowers to me. Seeing all of her posts on Instagram, I don't understand how other brides got such nice bouquets, and I got one that looked like I could've picked up from Vons. It was small and underwhelming and did nothing for my wedding day. After a few hours it was wilted, refer to picture. I think she needs to be way more clear about what a certain price will get you, because I expected so much more. Even the center piece flowers were pretty skimpy and not what was described. I paid over 2k for my wedding flowers and expected a lot more. She also kept mentioning how she quoted me too low for a rental item. If she is so concerned about how much she is making off of a client, then she should have a minimum and not make me believe that I was getting what I was envisioning for my wedding day. I'm super disappointed and would not recommend this vendor.

Thank you to A Secret Garden for making one of the most beautiful arrangements for my cousins 50th birthday. I paid for another florist to deliver flowers and when I saw what they delivered, I was so disappointed. It was nothing like what I ordered. So A Secret Garden came to my rescue and delivered same day the most beautiful and colorful bouquet.
