I took my laser color printer to A&A Copier Service for a transfer roller replacement. They called me to give me updates on it status. They had it repaired promptly. The two gentlemen in the office were very friendly, courteous and professionally . 5 Stars for this top notch business.

I took my Brother laser printer for repair on Thursday afternoon. The work was completed in less than a day. Printer now is like new. Very reasonable charge. I will go there again when I have aproblem.

Called to see if they worked on canon laser machines and he said "all the time ". Dropped off my machine And told me it was an easy 2 day fix....one week later no call or text until I called him and he was on vacation and would tell the " other guy " to take a look at it....i called again and asked to come pick up my printer and all they were able to say is "I'm sorry ....Very unprofessional service!!!

A & A Copier serviced the last firm I worked for. Their employees are extremely helpful and professional and go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. When I opened my own office, I chose to use their company as well. My machine is low-cost and perfect for a small office with moderate copy jobs on a routine basis. If you are ok with a used machine, they offer great month to month options.
