This store will only staff one cashier with more than 50 people in line because, as one employee admitted, they are trying to save money on payroll. I.E., the customers can wait, 15-30 minutes, we need that extra $15/hr we don't have to pay more cashiers. And they have known about this issue since November, 2022. The store looks like a wreck, half eaten food items, half consumed Pepsi's, Trip hazards all over the place, water on the floor by the cold foods section.

Cashier's are hella rude here.. won't be coming back here again that's for sure. ?.. had to leave my whole basket and my son super crying because they don't have it together there. ?

This place likes to rob you? things are not priced right and get home to see i was overcharged?now i double check and this cashier had attitude and when i told her the price was wrong she said she could not go look?so i asked to see manager she said she was. I should have gotten the price that was in front of the candy.

Hermalinda has terrible customer service skills!I went through her line the other day , she didn’t look at me or greet me!She just rang my items up and handed me my receipt very RUDE!She needs training ‘ smile! Ask your customer if they found everything ok!Thank them for coming in. Look your customer in the eye! When I walked away my daughter said she bad mouthed me to the next customer! Big 0GHETTO

"I had an amazing experience with the customer service at this store. I had just went to Walmart to look for a specific tree but had no luck. Decided to stop by the 99 Store to grab Christmas accessories just to see the Xmas tree I wanted as a display... we ask if they had any more in stock bt had no luck. she went out of her way to call other stores and no luck... so I asked if I can have the beautiful display they had set up and w out any hesitation she was down to do it. Never did they complain or nag about having to work extra hard on helping me get the display tree I asked for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Dominique & Iris . They went above and beyond to help me come home with the Xmas tree I really wanted.

Always economical and plenty of new stuff regularly. Cost wise it's practical just be prepared to see only 1 or 2 registers open so have patience and a few extra minutes to spare could save you a few bucks for sure.

I went there for a couple of Dia de Los Muertos items and found so many items to choose from. I had trouble trying to figure out what I wanted and ended up buying more than I planned on buying.

There's not many things that are 99 cents. But most of the prices are okay. You can get lots of the same things cheaper at dollar tree or Walmart though
