3 ice cream bars and came out to over $12. But i guess that’s what you pay for convenience. The Middle eastern guys working there don’t seem too welcoming. Maybe a “hello” and “thank you” is a good start to make your customers feel appreciated.

The customer service here sucks. The cashiers are always on their phones. There is a young woman there who is rude. I tried redeeming a reward from an app, and she told me it doesn't work there. She is always rude. Every time I have an interaction with her, she responds with an unprofessional customer service.This store never has any products restocked. Always running low on products in the store. No cups, no lids.

Tried to set a price for the item on a different code but only scanned the item once I said I am redeeming a coupon. Lady says that it doesn't work there but it came directly from the app. Shady as hell.

This place suck. Half of the staff can't speak or understand English. I went to go buy two 20oz soda...buy two for $3.50, clearly stated on the advertisement inside their fridge end on 8/2/22. The clerk didn't even understand what i was trying to say. I know your gas already expensive but don't drive your regular customer away.

Not a bad 7-Eleven but the only reason why I'm giving it a three-star because I want m&M's but the Eminem's all the way down so I have to bend down which is kind of rude I even asked that worker and he refused so I walked out very angry and call the police when I told him the situation police laughed at me so I get the police a two star as well

The "manager" here is very unpleasant. I walked in and she was mopping the floors. First thing she tells me is not to walk on the wet parts of the floor only walk on the dry parts. " obviously this is a little rude". I realize what I need is where it's wet still. She was rude when I said I need to get where it was wet. I told her she was being unprofessional about this request. Her response was to say then I should go to another store and she said she could have just locked the doors. I Proceeded to grab my stuff. Get to the counter and this woman picks up all of my stuff. Steps back and says "I'm refusing you service" I asked why. She wouldn't say. I asked for corporate number so I could complain. She then threatens to call the police on me. Won't be back at this location until that woman is gone.

COVID-19 phase: Masks are worn by workers and required. The store is very clean and well taken care of. They have great music playing. They have a great rewards program! I bought a Zero Sugar Pepsi because you can rarely find the cherry Zero. It Is so good! I also bought a blueberry RX Bar. Haven't seen the natural protein bars like that so why not try it? ;p Great service and store and tons of great stuff from breakfast and lunch foods to candies, energy/soda drinks, alcohol and so much more! Highly recommended!
