Literally walked in and we can hear all the online orders coming in. Two employees working. One should be taking care of the customers in the actual store and the other should be worried about the orders coming in. The person at the registered was so frustrated and not paying attention to the customers (us)! My husband was paying with his debit card which was on the machine already when the cashier grabbed the $40 off the counter, no one told her to grab it she just snatched it up and she was all upset because my husband said he was paying with cash that was for scratchers, he was paying with his card already!! And I told her I guess they can’t handle the rush and with attitude she said to me, who can’t. And I responded with she can’t handle it. I shouldn’t feel rushed out of the store when I took time to drive my self there and make my own purchases. Very unprofessional and rude!!! She needs more training on how to handle her self during rush times!

Employee was in a foul mood from the beginning. Called her out on it, she got upset and became sarcastic with me. Gave me my change back and told me to have a nice night sarcastically. Told her this is what I was meaning. She didnt want to walk back and open the fridge for me. She was also complaining about all the food.. guess they had to make it. After I confronted her again, she told me to take my things and leave. And she kept saying it over and over. That she has the right to refuse service. I was shocked because I've been going to the Clovis location for 2 years. Never wastreated with such harshness. Just spent my last dime there tonight. YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. EVER!!!

Clovis is an interesting town. This 7/11 Store is located on Clovis Ave. and Barstow street and there's a convenient gas station crossed the street. I visited this store this past season and I'm starting to loose trust in some of the employees. There's no management in some of these stores to keep an eye on the new and older employees( meaning working there for a year) so there behaviours can vary more and maybe be rude to some customers. I have witnessed this. My experience is one of the ladies employees seems scammish to me with other customers and they've done it to me a coupe times. Ive remembered some of the food (snack) prices here and when employees here have told them the price and me too, Ive seen up to three different prices and they're not sale prices either. The prices are going up and the lady employees are not giving us notice, because if they do we might say no that's not the same price as before. Anyway I've heard two to three different prices for the same products. It seems like a scam. Some customers have come in and asked about recent deals they saw with the store and the employee didn't treat them all that well or give them a break that day and just say sorry that deal isn't available anymore, I mean a little explanation would be nice. The other employee just watches it happen. Plus if they find a customer really cute in their eyes they start flirting with them and talking a lot. I know to the customer it's nice to hear but what about great customer service with everyone rather than being used. If the employee here is really nice to you just watch your purse or wallet and keep track how much the employees are charging you. Management in these stores is becoming thing of past and employees feel the freedom to do what they wish. Btw the 7/11 store on Ashlan /Clovis ave area, its pretty good store. Thanks 7/11 for the store conveniences.
