Went in and was immediately greeted with a smile. Adriel was eager to help and made my shopping experience so much easier. 10/10 will be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would, Second time here, Very rude staff. Didn't wanna help me at all… Looked bothered when asking for the costumer service number.. The material on my cargos did not last more then a month… will not be coming back here .

If there was negative star I'd put that. I went exchange a pair of pants I had bought last week. I took the tags off however learned they were the wrong size. When I went into the store the employee falsely accused of me tampering with the pants and refused to exchange them. I had the receipt and advised her that I did not wear them yet she for some reason called me a liar and was extremely rude.

Ordering online through 511 is awful, horrible customer service. Thankfully, they have a store close in clovis. Their clothing fits, good quality and functional. The staff here is always helpful. They even helped my picky teen find a pair of pants that he will wear instead of sweatpants. The clothing is on the pricier side for basic styles, but when the clothing is good quality and and lasts, it is worth it.

It's okay you just pay higher prices in the store than you do from the 5.11 store online. They won't even match their own prices from their online store. And they really don't have much of sales when they have sales other than closeouts from what it appears. But it's a nice store.

I ordered online about a week ago and my bag came in pretty quickly. The build quality is great and the customer service is A1. I received a thank you note inside my package and I can say I’m thoroughly satisfied!
