I found this company on line to get appraisal for my house. I have many questions about appraisal process then I talk to owner Malkiat Singh Mike, and he explained set by set how appraisal works. I hired him to complete appraisal for me. Mike cam to my house on time in nice dress with good appearance. He finished inspection and promise me to delver report within 48 hours and he kept his promise. I go though the report and it was well written report.

1 Hour Appraisal does the greatest job. I was in need of a property valuation done prior to submitting an offer to purchase a house.
