my letter carrier was always nice and helpful. but whoMeier is delivering Amazon packages, needs to look at the name and address. every time someone new delivers my package goes to another street with the same number. now I've received 3 packages for someone else at a totally different number around the corner. advice them to be more careful because it's a nuisance for me to deliver packages. that's what the carrier is getting paid for. this is a common occurrence.

I ship out of the Cloverdale PO multiple times a week, and find them courteous and professional. I prepare my labels online so only have to hand them over. The only difficulty I have is customers come to the window totally unprepared, causing delay

i live 2 blocks away and they not figure out how to get my PACKAGE TO ME. Physical address and a PO. I'm out money as it says Cannot return to sender or deliver WTF?? Then says UPSPS destroyed.it. seriously I had to step away . I was absolutely astounded at the fact that when you forward your mail they also include packages if somebody at the post office does not know the difference between a package and a piece of mail please help us all ! when you order something from Amazon you want your package delivered to your physical address not delayed for some idiotic reason... Female employees an issue their.. tried to pass on her Incompetency! .No issue with the men there...he's sarcastic but still helpful ...

Cmon people , quit ur complaining bout the post office. These hard working people get the s*** end of the stick in every direction.even from our so called illustrious commander in briefs. They work hard. !!!!!!! No other aspect of your life is perfect neither is theres and actully factually mucth more difficult. Dood in the pony is allright too. Get over it and get a life.

This is a review strictly for the representative at the post office itself. Our mail lady is absolutely amazing and always helpful. I went in today to pick up a package that tracking said had arrived but it did not make it onto the delivery truck in time. I've done it before and did not think it would be an issue. It was a package my daughter had been waiting for so I took her with me, she was so excited! The woman who helped had issue with it apparently. She was extremely rude and sarcastic, I understand they are busy and running behind and it may not have been possible to sort through all the pending packages at that time. A polite explanation would have sufficed. Judging by other reviews some staff training on customer service or even basic manners would go a long way.

Horrible service. The man working the window is extremely rude. I haven't had to go into a post office in over 10 years so I am not familure with pricing and exactly how service works. Naturally I asked about the services I needed and his response was; the same it's always been. I told him I wouldn't know that's why I am asking you. I asked how much a stamp was and how much for the book of stamps. He replied sarcastically; it's a US postal stamp. J****

My two week visit to the cute little town of Cloverdale didn't start out as hoped due to a super rude worker at the post office counter. The young man at the counter berated me in front of two other customers for using the wrong box. I asked what box I should use to which he responded "I already explained which box you should use." Obviously he hadn't explained because I was still confused. Note: The customer before me had a similar issue but the worker was much kinder with her and handed her the correct packaging for future use without her even asking. Maybe it was because she was a local??? I tried to explain to the worker that I was following directions given to me by the company I work with. His response, "If the company you work for was breaking the law would you keep working with them?" At this point I determined that the postal worker is slightly crazy and or stupid and decided it was time to leave. I felt bad for the people behind me because they had to wait for the postal worker to finish his rant. I left feeling very embarrassed and bummed about the experience. Clearly this is not the first complaint that this guy has had. I will be filing a complaint with the post office but I don't imagine that anything will come from it. I hope the rest of my visit goes better.

I just moved here from Willits California have to open up a PO Box and no problems Clarks was friendly just a little problem finding a key and a box sort of not organize. To be continued. Been waiting for a package to be delivered from Amazon I paid two days express it was supposed to be delivered before Christmas but got delayed for some reason notice in my mailbox pick up my post office they didn't even try to deliver it went to the post office today with slip in hand they can't find the package and the girl that was supposed to deliver it was off so much for express two days, to be continued, today is the 27th package showed up with a smile job well done, had another problem with the post office delivering a package to get lost, they seem to have all these excuses why not to deliver it to your home, UPS and Federal Express has no problem bringing packages to your front door, and you wander why the post office is losing money bad customer service.1/12/2017, by the way I have 32 years experience in customer service so I know what I'm talking about. Update 2/10/2017 now I have missing mail. Update again 3/2/17 got a email today said they made a attempt to deliver a package no one made a attempt because the package was still at the post office, I picked it up, to be continued at a later date.3/6/17 I was in front of Ace Hardware in the intersection today at the stop sign and a driver of a postal clerk which was a woman ran the stop light at 4:30pm. Didn't call office. Had a package coming yesterday said it was in route to my house but didn't make it so got it today from some young lady with no problems and with a smile, I think they deserve another star.3/22/17 had a notice in my mailbox saying we missed you you got a package, The thing about that she drove by my house to go see her mother and she was only 25 feet away from me today parked what's with that, it's the regular mail carrier scenes to be the problem, all of them other mail carriers I have no problems with. After multiple problems with this post office and their employees my Amazon packages will be sent by United partial post or Federal Express ....6/10/17 nothing has changed everything the same my email tell me I had a package on the truck to be delivered no package, call the post office sitting in the post office still another lie, sounds like the government, tried having everything sent by FedEx or UPS getting there.update 6/16/17 got a notice in the mailbox saying got a package they were too lazy to deliver it to my address up on the hill about 500 feet from the mailbox, some of them employees a very lazy, went to the post office gave her the slip and she looked at me and said what does this say ,I told her I did not write this your employee wrote that, at least I got my package, whatever happened to good customer service.10/19/17 somethings never change. Had to go to post office to pick up package too lazy to deliver it. 3/1/2019 They delivered a package to my front door looks like customer service ...5/4/2019 drivers have so much packages on the left-hand side of their window they cannot see when changing lanes an accident waiting we need to happen .. We got a new postal person what a truly difference and Customer Service we are happy campers up here at Dutcher Creek Village-5/21/2019..

Very rude. Just wanted some information on a package I had gotten a delivery notice for 3 days earlier. Didn't have an ID to pick it up, I was told the information I had was most likely wrong in a very rude tone.

I'm guessing the delivery driver for a Dutcher Creek Road either does not know how to read or is just an incompetent moron. It's clearly written on the mailbox to fully close it but he/she always leaves it partially open so when it rains ALL our mail gets wet and ruined. Please stop this crap and do your job right or find something else to do.

I wish i could give a ZERO!! I have called to file complaints against an employee and never heard back. It's been over a year since i have returned and the same guy is there but cut his ponytail and is still as rude, condescending, and down right mean as ever!! He needs to be fired!
