Yeah called Danny at the local Cloverdale office and he was zero help. In fact he hung up on me the first time and when I phoned back 2 seconds later denied speaking to me and told me he couldn't help me. I only wanted to puck up my package locally and he said that couldn't happen although I know very well it could.

Mia helped me today with some printing. She was very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend the store and we'll come back in the future!

Big package, little package? They don't care! $20 each! Every justification of this still translate to complete greed. However, staff is real nice! But if you want to help the owners make a car payment; receive a package there! P.S. Congrats to this UPS Store for having the highest prices in the nation!!! Get them a trophy!!!

They charge $20 per package for pick up, the most I’ve ever been charged. Staff is nice, but this is an expensive location. I would avoid getting packages to this store.

Since there are no UPS stores in Mendocino county and my package had to be sent from a UPS Store I made the journey to Cloverdale and I was happy I did. I had a strangely shape item to ship and it was heavy. Being that it is a product under warranty the cost was to be bourn by the manufacturer. It wasn't cheap. The young man behind the counter handled my needs and as time went on and he needed to continue communicating with the manufacturer other customers walked in. He was great at multitasking and handled all the incoming costumers as well as dealing with my needs. Hat tip to the young gentleman , 10/10 would doIt again.

Very friendly staff but the reason we put 3 stars is because the fee to have a package picked up there is $20. We travel full-time and have been picking up packages all over the country at UPS stores. The fee was always $5. Next time, we will go to the store that's a bit further by the Lake

My actual name Rev Eliah Jonathan Windsor CantwareburhI am a retired Priest who came to my moms home to relieve my memories and to relocate a nonprofit which would have benefited this community.But because I look differently but treated the staff with respect. And I am a senior who uses a cane.The manager and staff made it clear that I was not welcome there.But yet they knew nothing about meThey refused to give me a key to my mailbox, they kept putting it off why it was not getting done, and I caught them looking through my mail, but yet I paid full price,But yet I was NOT treated that way at their Hearldsburg Store, my understanding, same owner.The owner needs to be made aware that the current manager and staff at the Cloverdale store is a threat to his bottom line.I am now returning to my father’s home country where the business appreciate anyone who walks through the doors, because it’s the customers who is keeping the lights on.

I went to this UPS location for the first time to ship a package. (Mind you I used to work for Mail boxes etc back in the day). I wanted to put my shipment in a envelope but none were offered that were big enough. The person working there asked me if she could help me. And she did, she was very nice and helpful. But she never once told me There would be a $6 charge to help me. Which was basically picking a box that was bigger than I needed and taping it closed. It was $6 for the box and another $6 for her help. My advice to all UPS workers is to tell your clients there is a charge for the help. Because asking if you can help and then charging a unbeknownst fee is just bad form. I was prepared to pay for the box and could have taped it at home had I known they would be charging me.

Not sure what all the fuss is here about rude employees. I was just in last night to ship a package across the country and both employees working were very polite and even laughing with customers, during the Holidays no less. Great place to ship a package, would ship again.

I recently went there 2 times. Both were bad. The older employee was rude both times. She didn't like the way I was wearing my mask and insisted that I adjust it. Obviously rude and demanding. The first time I was there she couldn't help me. I would rather go to Healdsburg than go to this store. I expect to be treated better. Rude people have no business being in a customer service position. Never going back.
