“This store is a GEM for Cloverdale!!! Tons of things to make your home more beautiful, so many choices for gifting, and lots of choices for mens and womens clothing.I was in a bind for what to wear the day before a wedding. I called and spoke to Molly. I asked her to set aside a beautiful blouse (I had seen my last visit) and to look around for a few choices of black slacks in my size. I (literally) ran in their on my lunch and Molly had 3 choices of jeans and the blouse waiting for me. I picked the slacks I wanted, got the blouse and was in & out in 10 minutes. The next day at the wedding I got non-stop complements for my outfit, of course I sang the praises for CLOVERDALE RETAIL THERAPY!! Go check them out, you'll be amazed at what they have to offer!!”

Bolt has a wonderful and ever-changing selection of fabrics and all the necessary accessories. Kate, her staff and teachers are a wealth of sewing knowledge.”

“14 Feet, Cloverdale. This may be the most unpretentiously hip shop in Sonoma County -- which means it's a nice place to visit full of cool stuff. It's a small interior design/decor/gift shop with merchandise far more interesting than what you'll find in the 'burg. This shop is a blessed reprieve from the ubiquitous wine label tiles. It's all wonderful, hand-made modern creations and products by imaginative and cutting-edge artists, craftspeople and manufacturers. Service is spectacular; helpful and personal. The owner, Marne Dupere, is terrific: genuine, welcoming, low key. She's a talented designer and artist herself, so she's knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her inventory. She always helps me find what I don't know I'm looking for. Also, I like the way purchases are wrapped, then bagged. Finally, there is my favorite part of the store: the wee, exquisite selection of authentic mid-century modern furniture and decor. These are the type of collectable, iconic peices that one keeps forever as conversation started and/or because they look so amazing. It is a small but drool-worthy slice of MCM otaku heaven. So, yes, I'm an unabashedly cheering fan of 14 Feet. I think everyone should pop in at least once for a look-see. And, if you take your immediate gratification via shopping, you'll be really happy here -- this is the best of popular culture's merchandise.”
