Amazing family run shop! Eric was super knowledgeable and took time to walk me through everything about my transmission! Very transparent and honest. I have a 2001 Jaguar XKR, and it now shifts better than ever. Highly recommend this local business, I will be telling everyone about it! Definitely coming back for any more of my transmission needs!

Terrible service. Long wait. Over charged for unapproved repairs. Waste of time. This guy is a conman. Worse than a backyard mechanic. Take your vehicle to a reputable shop, chain or dealer.

Up until now I had been bringing my cars to Eric for 20+ years with great service. I brought him my 69 Camaro for a 4-6 speed swap and rear end rebuild. When I booked the appointment I was told he was a month out. Set the appointment for June 3rd and dropped the car off. I was told the job would be completed in 2 weeks. Called after 2 weeks and no answer and no calls back. Went in to his shop the following Monday and the car hadn't been touched. Said he was behind and would get on it in the next few days. Two weeks went by and called several times with no return calls. Went up there at 6 weeks and the car was apart but no real progress on the car. At that point I expressed my frustration and told him I was upset as I had other appointments for the car too. He was very rude and treated me very unprofessional. I kept my cool and left being told by the end of next week it would be done. He finally finished the car after 12 weeks at his shop. I received a car with a wasted new optima yellow top, chips in my driver side rocker panel, never did the rear end and he blew out my slave cylinder from lack of checking the clearance. Every step of the way it was excuse after excuse. I don't embrace excuses, I embrace solutions! Very bad experience and I will never do business with him again. He should hire more help or finish his jobs before taking on more, and leaving jobs half done.

I had to wait quite a while to be worked into Eric's busy calendar for a long overdue automatic transmission service but I'm glad I did. He worked fast and was frank about not being able to see what was inside the transmission without taking it apart. Very reasonable charge. A friendly, straight up person.

I recently had a transmission rebuilt at Eric's Shop and found him to be very knowledgeable and fair in his business. I was working on a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 dually.
