The manager there is a thief. I was out the Country for 3 months and my wife is jobless due to a car accident and this guy at the storage management sent me letters staying that they will take my items to for an auction if I don't pay the 154.00 amounts for over 3 months. He took all my items (over 5,000 Dollars in goods) and he still charging me for the storage the total amount using a collection agency. To cover himself he said also that I will be in court. What a way to make business! He never mentioned any of this when I signed the contract, neither on his first letters but till the very end. Very tricky person. I am going to file a lawsuit to this place at the City of Cloverdale ASAP and also from the County Court in Santa Rosa. They are all thieves at this place. Be careful. Professional yet relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I have used this facility to store both our business items and our personal items for 3 and a half years. We use 2 units 10x20 and 15x30 and both were immaculate upon moving in. Fully enclosed and lockable in 2 different locations. Security is complete and includes the live in manager. During this pandemic both the owner and manager worked with us when money was tight. My husband and I thank you Cloverdale Mini Storage.

I've been storing my classic muscle car and boat here for the past few years. The price is competitive and I have a large garage. The people are friendly, the property is clean, and there are numerous surveillance cameras all over the property. I highly recommend this storage facility for any size locker you need.

Nice people is an understatement ,- My mother passed & I did not have any extra space for ALL her precious things..(y'all know). We've lived in SoCo (Sonoma County) all our lives, been married 36yrs. we were familiar w/this Biz (our Vet is right next door) THIS BIZ IS WHAT ALL BIZ SHOULD BE, HONEST-TRANSPARENT-REAL FOLKS YOU LIKE INTUITIVELY. (NO, These folks are reg/hard-working people, they have ZERO clue @ this 'rating/comment' (SERIOUSLY, VERY, GOOD BIZ 10*)

I needed a small storage space quickly and the last working that day held the last one they had for me because I told her I'd be in to rent it. The facility is older but extremely well maintained and the employees couldn't be more helpful.

We realized we didnt really need the storage unit anymore and had moved our stuff out. The next day he calls and threatens my girlfriend saying we have 24 hours to pay the month or its going to collections. I find it highly rude and disrespectful for an owner or manager to make any kind of threat to anybody. They are super unfriendly and unwilling to work with anybody. I highly recommend using another place and not this place.
