The store owner Melissa is very knowledgeable and helpful! I used the self dog wash. Everything is well stocked and it’s a bargain! I highly recommend!

Google for some reason don't show on their maps this place, but I had known it is there in the square.Small pet shop with adoptable cats.Items in the store are mainly food, some health supplies as well as collars, leashes, etc.They have items that my very allergy prone dog can have.Thanks guys!

Whoever was on staff tonight was excellent! I stopped in to get a harness and a toy for my dog and she had a great time. The staff helped me find the right harness and led me to the toys.

Recently moved into town, was looking for a local groomer and found Stephanie!! OMG this lady does wonders. Beyond satisfied if more stars were possible to give trust me I would. She took her time to make sure every inch of our dogs fur was perfect. Stephanie is and will now officially be our dogs groomer. Can’t thank her enough!

Do yourself a favour and book a slot with Stephanie! She will take care of your dogs of all sizes and works miracles with older dogs and curly coats. Below is my 15 year old poodle that she detangled and made sooo beautiful. People think he’s a puppy! I wish I could give her 10 stars!!!

I absolutely LOVE this pet store!! I tried so many times over the period of 2 years to get to the groomers in Cloverdale, but unfortunately they were NEVER accepting new clients. I have 2 very large dogs, so driving out of town is not an option. This pet store will wash and trim dog nails (or you can do it yourself if you want to save money). They carry healthy food, treats and toys for my dogs, and they always seem to have specials going on (love the savings). The staff is very friendly and always makes us feel welcome...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I love this shop! The self serve washing station is AMAZING! They literally only have the best products. I take my two HUGE German shepherds to get washed here. No problem. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable.

Great place to take your dog.... or cat(if you’re into that sort of thing lol). My dog was suffering from some digestive issues and as a result, was getting reoccurring acid reflux. The owner took the time to explain the different types of food they carry that focus on good probiotics to help maintain a healthy digestive system and it’s like night and day with my amazing Golden Retriever Amy. She’s now off the meds she was prescribed and eating a healthy diet to support her digestion. Can’t say enough how much I appreciate just taking that little bit of time to help me out and the knowledge she displayed told me everything I needed to know about how much she truly cares and loves animals. Haven’t bought dog food anywhere else but our amazing little pet shop here in Cloverdale. If you care and love your animal as much as I do, then it’s a no brainer on where to get all your pet care products. Thank you so much Cloverdale Dog Pet Supply and Wash!

I agree with both reviews…I also look for places based on ratings. I am visiting this town for 21days, I must say this store in unbelievable and the owner is very knowledgeable. This little store has everything, most importantly very friendly owner. These kinds of places should stay in business forever. Please support this young owner by going to her store and buy things you don’t need.
