I LOVE the people in the Cloverdale branch of Chase. They are professional and really care. It is a large bank with a small bank environment.

I've only banked inside the branch twice now, but I've found the staff to be friendly and quite helpful.

Our home burnt down in the October 2017 Santa Rosa Tubbs fire, and we rented a place in Cloverdale until our new home was built. Jackie was incredibly helpful to us in dealing with the insurance company. She went above and beyond in all aspects. Thank you , Jackie, for all your help.
