This place has become a disgusting dump. The bathrooms are horrific and no TP and the store is cluttered, nasty and dirty. Owners obviously don't have any integrity or pride in their business. And the poor dino has a busted tail. 7-11 and Sinclair should care for their franchises a bit more.

NO STARS .This place NEEDS a health inspector to randomly drop in , biohazardous bathrooms, horrific smell of urine. Old moldy food where the condiments are supposed to be for hotdogs, old cheese and chilli that's not regularly changed promptly. Rock hard pizza is okay to be served I guess.Dirty floors, dirty counters. Dust on shelves.This place is a serious health issue. There are flys all around this area because of the 7 eleven. They pile trash and recycling outside the side emergency exit. . I see this every day and I finally got the nerve to write this here.Please someone shut them down, there are a million business owners that would love to keep a clean business, these guys clearly don't care. :/ Which is sad because so many people stop here for gas. If you see this, avoid this location. The Starbucks has clean restrooms. Please don't send your children in that store to use the restroom it is literally a health hazard.

I'd advise not going here the indian gentleman who was there yesterday took my card info somehow. I was passing through to grab a single energy drink and stopped here. today im looking at my account and it says I have multiple charges from this store today. I was just passing through as I said before... I live almost 4 hours from this location not possible for me to have made these purchases please watch out. I still have my card and don't have any secondary cards thats how I know my card info had been taken. I don't believe this is a mistake but I'm following up on it. Just be careful.

Stopped for coffee as it is more reasonablen than Starbucks. Had to laugh because they have a sign on the door to wear a mask but the workers don't! Wish they would repair the hand dryer since they don't have towels. More a monument than a machine.

Drove through the area on my way to see the Redwoods - the people working here were so kind, as well as understanding when I accidentally broke a glass bottle. Also highly enjoyed my taquitos :)

The evening/night worker (slim male 45-65 with Mustash and an accent) is rude and extremely hostile! Once maybe a bad day, but I drive the night shift through here for work and try to remember to stop in the towns on either side if I need a drink, but occasionally I forget and end up stopping here about 3 times a month, and every time this guy is nasty. I have a thermos for my drinks, one for hot and one for cold, yes I know COVID, but I buy their cup then just pour it into mine. This guy tries to charge me more money (usually double but I have had him try to charge me 3x's the stated price of a big gulp) or makes a claim "you can't use any cup but ours", this happens every time he is working and started long before COVID, what I figured out he meant was unless my cup said 7-11, I couldn't use it?? At first, I use to explain to him that my cups are insulated and hold the same amount as the size I am paying for, but now I just buy their cup then pour it into mine and he still try's to charge me more, I will admit when I get a cold drink I get a cup of ice then just one cup of soda, makes a lot less mess when pouring it to fill the ice up then just add the soda on top, my hot drink is just cup of coffee into my cup and he still tried to say I had to pay twice, is he pocketing this extra fee?? Does he not understand that I own my own cup and I don't have to pay him for it?? Your store needs to have a talk with this guy, it isn't just me, I haven't ever seen him nice to a customer, at best he is blah, but most of the time he treats people like they are their to rip him off, my experience is that is the other way around, he is their to rip me off! This never happens at the Santa Rosa, Petaluma or Novato locations, or yours if I am lucky enough that someone else is working, so I know this isn't how you train your workers, I use to stop in Cloverdale every night and get a drink, sometimes a snack or a dougnut and some milk, now only when I forget to do stop anywhere else, and I doubt I am the only customer that avoids this location because of the hostile night worker.

We stopped here for snacks and treats, which was fine. But you cannot buy much more that such foods here and there is no place to eat.

As a mini mart, it met my expectations. Bathroom was dirtier than necessary, but it was not filthy. Proprietor said they've been out of hand sanitizer for months. That's hard to imagine.

We were parched so we stopped here for some sodas. It's a good place for cold drinks and snacks, and that is about it.
