HORRIBLE!!! They refused to sell us a fishing license after we went twice trying to get one waiting at 45 mins one time and after spending several hundred dollars. When the manager a lady finally came she was rude and disrespectful and said she didn't know how to process the license and asked how are you a manager then.? She got upset wanted him to leave the store she didn't like the question he was wayyyyy too DARK she called the police??♀️

Curbside is great but curbside parking is taken up white people using it as a regular parking spot and shopping inside ?

If it was possible, I’d write zero stars. I have to push the button to get baby Tylenol or formula etc. and I wait for people to come by to unlock the cabinet for over 45 minutes for five people have now passed by and said oh hold on a second let me get a key oh let me find somebody with a key, etc. etc. nobody has still come by with a key, this is not very good customer service and so I called to speak with a supervisor and nobody answers a phone please somebody go to work
Update finally someone shows then gives customers attitude and says no one listens to the button anyway. No one apparently listens when personally asked either.

Today was good. Went there got what I wanted and was on my way in no time at all. But it varies on the day, time, and weather they are busy. Locked items is another story. You could be waiting for a while for someone to come help you but then again they can be on top of it.

I used to shop here all the time, but I hadn't been here in a while, and SO much stuff is locked up. Even $1 BIC lighters! And while the staff is nice enough about having to unlock the cases for you, first you have to find someone who can do it. Nobody was in sight, or in the neighboring aisles. I asked two people in specialty departments, who kept promising to send someone, but nobody showed up--probably because they couldn't get to me with all the other people who grabbed them needing unlocking. I was looking for some kind of staff call button, but couldn't find any where I was. I felt like I needed a flare gun to send up a signal so someone could find me when I needed a case opened.
The store also looks a bit discombobulated, because what merchandise isn't locked up has been stuffed and crammed into the remaining shelf space and it kind of adds to the chaos.
I have been very grateful for this Walmart for many years. I know times are tough, so thefts are probably on the rise, and some kind of loss prevention is probably necessary. But honestly, I just can't get my shopping done this way.
