My niece bought some vaccines for her dog today and the employee who helped her was extremely rude. He definitely had the "I hate my job" attitude and was just generally moody. I understand that it's a difficult job, but it definitely makes it so I don't want to come back here anytime soon.
Edit: We lost the receipt for the vaccine, so my cousin came in to see if we can get another copy of the receipt. They are the absolute worst here. He has been waiting inside for 30 minutes for help, and when he asked again for assistance, the manager rudely told him that "he can wait". She wasn't wearing a name tag, so we didn't get her name.

I've had some mixed experiences here - customer service is great but lots of inventory issues. Dylan has been the best help so far!!! He is proactive, efficient, professional, friendly and always working, never dragging his feet or any of that. I've gotten better service from him than managers. The store is clean and welcoming, but their inventory is limited, things are often out of stock, things are opened and once we got a poultry heater covered in chicken feces. We also got a product and pieces were missing.
Overall great customer service, poor stocking/inventory and product availability.

The place is Dog friendly , even has a dog wash station . Cashiers greet you when you walk in but sometimes a little slow getting you out .

Not my first time here, but be careful when docking, for some reason they put the mt pallets out in the back in the way where driver's need the room to maneuver to set up to back in.

The management here is terrible, The most popular items sold, cat,dog food and litter the shelves are almost always empty, they have it in the back but don't want to carry it to the shelves. But there are 8 pallets of food linings the isles bird seed and sheep food. So I asked, how many bags of seed do you sell? She said a couple a day, then I asked how much litter do you sell, she laughed and said a lot, so I asked Why would you not put the pallets of the most popular items out? She didn't have an answer. It's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Tractor supply wouldn’t post this review to their website: Tractor Supply obviously assembles these units to some extent after receiving them. The seat-back flew off when trailering unit home- found it was missing the bolts on the seat posts. 3 bolts randomly fell off onto the ground after backing off trailer… I have no idea what they go to. Two safety pins holding the mower deck in place were not fully seated. The TS employee had no idea how to operate the unit and was even going to hook the battery up reverse polarity after I had to scavenge carriage bolts from other units to attach the cables. The actual Toro Timecutter seems to be built well if you can overlook Tractor Supply’s involvement. For $5400 it would seem Tractor Supply could be better stewards for the manufacturer and customer, for Pete’s sake.This is for a Toro 54” zero turn mower

These people are so helpful. Tractor Supply has everything we need, every time we go.
I'm new at raising chickens and the staff are extremely knowledgable. They take the time to talk, listen and really put me at ease with my new hobby/ organic free range chickens and eggs. Yay !!
Thank God for Tractor Supply. I couldn't do it without you.
