I should have left this earlier, but although they did a ok job on my nail fill: not that bad, but not good, the ladies made openly mocking comments about a disabled person sitting outside the shop who apparently worked nearby (he had albinism/vision impairment) and the women teased each other about him, saying stuff like “there goes your next boyfriend, no yours, eew, haha!”)
They also made extremely strong - and in my opinion, ignorant - comments displaying their political opinions, which bordered on hate speech.
I’m willing to believe that they might know the person sitting outside well enough to know things about him I don’t, that might prove him to be undesirable in other ways besides his disability, and I’m comfortable with the idea that people have different political opinions, but in no way, shape or form is it acceptable to be so openly rude and make hateful comments in front of customers.
As someone who spent their life in customer service, all I can say is, the fact that they were willing to talk like that with a brand new client that had just walked in off the street shows extremely poor judgment, and a complete lack of caring for their customers or the community as a whole.

I've been going to Elegant Touch for 12 years! The ladies are amazing and it feels like another home. From nails to hair to tanning, they have it all! I have received soooo many compliments on my nails over the years and every month they never disappoint. So much talent and so fun! Kayla was phenomenal. She asked me questions about length and shape as we went along. She made me feel very comfortable, like I was just visiting a friend. Christine, at the next table, was also delightful.
Prices are super fair, and my nails were VERY little because I have smaller hands and I’m a nail-biter. I set up the next appointment with her immediately and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT RECOMMENDI got promised blonde hair and walked out in tears !!! jackie was the lady who did my hair she ruined it. and after i asked her to please fix it or if she couldn't can i get a discount. she got so upset yelled at me accused me of not wanting to pay and called the police on me . i will neverreturn this place should be shut down!! everyone there is rude unprofessional and overall not decent humansServices: Hair coloring
