They are terrible!!!! I just bought a $200 phone with a $60 plan didn’t have the phone not even for a week they shut it off tried to charge me another $50 to turn it back on Then took my $60 plan off took it down to 55: they are a scam!! I highly recommend not going to cricket

It is strictly phone sales here. Sales personal haven't figured out that businesses make money by their return customers, not increasing prices of phones and services. $4. extra dollars to travel to store, paying the high price of gas, so we can better learn how to use our phones. Ridiculous! It seems like Cricket wants to make their customers look stupid. I find I am arguing unnecessarily to bring my monthly phone bill down after the posted ad says pay "$ 0." Cricket could care less about customers increase of costs of living and decrease of income, even though they are living in similar circumstances.

Leo, Jeralyn and Monnica were all so helpful. they new exactly were the items were that we needed. the staff had an ease of flow that made us feel no claustrophobia. all staff members wore masks at all times. they are always so nice when we have to go in. always professional and know their stuff. Leo was very good at helping us navigate the transfer of data from our old phone to our new phone. Leo helped us navigate a new app feature that was beyond user friendly and the type of accessibility our family needs. Much appreciated.
