Was in a wreck, my car was towed by this company and when I called a couple weeks later to see what I needed to do in regards to signing over the car or paying any fees, I was told to forget about it, there was no fee, and they were happy to hear I made it out alive. This will always be a great company in my book. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who I spoke to, but if you're reading this... Thank you Sir. You made a bad situation just a little better. Forever grateful.

At 1st the guy was a jerk. however he had a better attitude later. He redeemed himself. His wife was very important 2 him so he can't be all bad. She was very pleasant. Though not feeling well. I think she was pregnant but I could be putting my foot in my mouth. The whole town was full of unfriendly people. Unhelpful people. Tom though was in the end very helpful I contribute it 2 his wife. Or if it was his wife in my position. How he would feel. He loves her did the right thing. Thank u Tom. Best 2 u both live long & prosper.

I wish they had a 0 star review. I just had the worst customer service of ALL TIME. So this "so called" All American Towing Company just disrespected me to the fullest. My daughter put her car in for what was suppose to only be a new started being put in. He has had her car for over a month and she was not getting anywhere talking to him because he is trying to get more money out her saying it is something else then it is something else again. Trying to juke her for more money. She then called me to ask me to call and check on the status because I am a professional. I called this man and introduced my self. He let out a loud *SIGHHH* then proceeded to tell me. "COME PICK UP THE FUCKING CAR." I said "EXCUSE ME" He said yet again "JUST COME PICK UP THE FUCKING CAR." I am now in the process of calling the BBB and reporting him. I have never been talked to like that by anyone that is suppose to be a business. I am appalled at the disrespect. How are they still in business. This is crazy. I am going to use every ounce of my power to get them CLOSED DOWN.

My truck broke down in a tight spot and needed a tow. I called several companies around the lake and this was the place with the best price.Also super fast and friendly. Bob told me when he could reach the vehicle, but I needed a bit more time to get back there with the keys. I was 5 min late but he already got it loaded and good to go. Great guy and great service. I would definitely recommend using their service
