Walked in and asked the person standing near the door for a fairly uncommon tool, and they pointed me to the exact aisle it was on. There were two more employees on that aisle who helped me find said tool, and then unlocked it, and answered a question I had. There were multiple registers open and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Excellent store!

I don't go to the hardware store very often but when I do I go to Mendo mill on Old Hwy 53 because I know if I have problem they are always ready to help me find a solution or help me find a remedy. I live my Mendo Mill!❤️

My niece just got back from this store in tears. She didn't end up buying anything, but when she was leaving, she overheard two older employees talking amongst themselves asking why someone would come in here if they didn't have enough money to buy something and that it puts them out of there way. I'm sorry this behavior is inexcusable and we probably won't be returning to this location. She said she remembers one of the ladies having a name like "Mo" or "Molly".

Great service in the yard in store today and last week poor customer service poor greeting I said good morning twice different days nothing I trained in the Air Force customer service it goes a long way for business.

Even though everyone is very nice and friendly in this store, but today was exceptional for me. One of the managers named Lou went beyond and above to help me as one of the customers. I went to store today to buy a cartridge replacement for my broken faucet and after looking at all parts, Lou, who was helping me searched on line and he noticed the part for the faucet is pretty hard to be found. Lou decided to work with the existing faucet that I had and after half an hour or more, he fixed it. When he was working on the broken faucet his coworker Ron also joined him and both of them tried very hard to fix the faucet that I wanted to replace. I was amazed by their kindness and patience. I observed a Customer Service that I haven’t seen for a long time, I was speechless and really didn’t know how to thank them. I had to return the part that I previously purchased and they sent me back home with a fixed faucet costing me nothing. All I could see in both of them was willingness to help without showing any frustration something that you see in people at customer service very often these days. Thank you, Lou and thank you Ron for your kindness today!!!. You touched my heart and I will never forget your kindness.

I mean nothing really special about this place. Workers always seem like they're in a whatever mood. Prices don't seem great. I never hear about anything they do for the community. Can't really rate higher but wouldn't rate lower.
