“This is probably one of the nicest looking Ross in the area well kept clean restrooms and stocked isles. The staff greets you all smiles and even small talk if nots too busy, and when it does get busy the manager has scheduled weekly in order to over lap some of the employees to assess the busy floors and it works because lines are cut down. I think the only negative I have noticed is the half dozen times I have visited here 2 hours before closing there have been shoplifters just walking out hugs of items in arms.”

“This studio is a great location. It is very nicely kept too. Is it competing with close by studios such as Danville or Oakland ? I don't know but if we don't want to lose it we need to visit it. The instructors will be motivated to show up. I read the negative reviews and I would like to emphasize that if many of us join it it will be a chance for a great atmosphere. There must be a group of girlfriends in Walnut Creek to come and join ! Come on ! I had a very good workout with Kat R. She's very enthusiastic and warm. Remember these studios have suffered Covid times financially. Join or lose it”

Her jackets are like potato chips - you can't have just one. Every time I wear one of them (and I own many), whether it is to work, to a party, to a restaurant, or out on the town at a special event, I am approached by at least one person and asked where I got the jacket from. On top of her immense talent, Aida is a ray of sunshine and an absolute delight to spend time with. She radiates good energy with her beaming smile and witty banter and is so warm and hospitable that it's truly a pleasure doing business with her. “I am not one to write reviews but from the moment I walked into this Travis Mathew location I felt like I was family. The employees that greeted me as I walked into the Broadway Plaza location were Jack and Mike. I believe Mike is the showroom manager of the location as he was directing and talking to the other employee's to help customers and was recommending items to the people shopping. Jack and Mike helped me select some items as I told them I was going on a golfing trip. I never felt like the two of them were pushing items on me but more of helping me select the best for me and look good. I ended up spending close to $500 and took advantage of an amazing promo they have going on up until memorial day. Highly recommend. I def will be going back again thank you Jack and Mike.”

“Had a great experience today at Untuckit in Walnut Creek. Isaiah opened the store promptly at 10am, he was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. He brought out all the styles they had in my size, made recommendations as too what color shoes, and pants would go with the styles I picked out! Then once I was done selecting, he offed to steam the shirts for me! Great experience overall, will definitely be going back!”

“I visit this store almost on a weekly basis to pick up my niece, so thought I could give it a review. It's located on the upper floor, right behind the elevator so the location is very convenient. Collection and style: a few years ago, it was a great choice, but now the items look too similar and are too expensive, especially when there is Uniqlo in the same mall where you can find much higher quality clothes for a more affordable price. Services: The store itself is clean and well-kept, and the employees are nice. I notice a lot of students working part-time throughout the summer, so they may have missed or misunderstood your question. As long as they're willing to check and get back to us, I'm fine with that. I only go here if I can't find what I'm searching for elsewhere, and that's generally jeans. One thing to keep in mind: Don't use curbside pickup (or at least right now). Their system does not handle it very well. I used it once and had to walk to the store after waiting 30 minutes for a curbside, so I know how slow their system is. No one called to let me know that they missed the order when it appeared on the system.”
