No good. Pharmacy: slower than others. Pharmacy pickup is expected to be slow at times but this is on a level of its own. I was warned not to use this location because of how unorganized it can be and some other things but I insisted, seeing they had my client’s meds available whereas our regular location would be out for a day or two. I regret it. 1st and last.

!!!HIRE SECURITY FOR ALL WALGREENS LOCATIONS!!!As a former employee, I strongly advise against considering employment or patronizing this establishment. The safety conditions are alarmingly inadequate for both staff and customers, marked by a disturbing prevalence of racism and a high frequency of robberies.During my time working here, as a person of color, I endured numerous instances of racial slurs, including extremely vulgar derogatory terms. Customers went so far as to threaten me with bodily harm solely based on my ethnicity. I witnessed black customers being unfairly targeted and harassed, with some employees or customers subjecting them to racial profiling or baseless accusations of theft.Despite the escalating security concerns, management has failed to implement effective safety measures. The absence of security personnel, mixed with the store's history of aggressive shoplifters and even store lootings, creates a dangerous work environment. In one instance, I had to defend myself (5ft woman) against a would-be robber(6'4 man), highlighting the lack of protection for employees, particularly given the store's notoriety as a target for criminal activities.The situation has reached a point where individuals from distant locations, such as Vallejo, Stockton, and Oakland, specifically target the store for robberies. Recently, a looting incident occurred, resulting in the physical assault of an employee and the theft of another employee's phone.Unfortunately, this pattern reflects the overall ethos of the workplace, where employees are undervalued and mistreated for minimal compensation. Management's response to security concerns has been inadequate, ranging from indifference to outright negligence. For those seeking employment or convenience, I strongly caution against involvement with this establishment, as it unequivocally fails to provide a safe environment for both employees and customers.!!!HIRE SECURITY FOR ALL WALGREENS LOCATIONS!!!

I'm surprised this place has 2 star reviews, this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Extremely incompetent ride rude staff. Taking my business to another pharmacy.Sherman is great though, he should get hired at a pharmacy that deserves him.

What is the point of having a pharmacy "express line," when there's only one line, for both regular pick up and drop off? This place has been so badly managed for years.

I just can't with this pharmacy. It is literally not possible to Loathe a Pharmacy more than I do this one. It's a shit mess. Long ass waits, scowls when you finally do get up to the team member. Then as you're waiting for them to gather your medicines, you read their sign on the glass that states they are short staffed and "please be kind to the cashier". As the cashier is being rude AF to me while I'm being polite and well mannered to her. Today I wait in line for 25 years before I get to get up to the counter. She finds my prescriptions, scans, one, and stands there, glaring to the left of her. Doesn't say a word to me. A few minutes into this, my ask what we're waiting for? She just says "pharmacist." Being short staffed doesn't give these folks a green light to be rude AF. Ok. Like what for? We stand there for roughly 5 more minutes. She never makes eye contact with me. Then the pharmacist finally comes over politely and asked me if I have any questions on the medication. I say no thank you. He walks off. Then she finishes ringing me up. She couldn't have asked me prior to me waiting if I had questions? Btw, these are medicines I already take lol. Maybe I would have questions 6 months ago when I started taking them lol. Another time, they refill a partial of 2 of my prescriptions and don't say anything. I noticed when I get home. These people, minus the police pharmacist, are asshats. Go elsewhere.

If you want to fraudulently use the med-cal and other governmental benefits, this is the place! The Walgreens pharmacy makes it so easy. maybe they're desperate for patients because they're on the brink of bankruptcy. I wouldn't want a pharmacy like this one to fill my prescription. No thank you.

This Walgreens is good for basic basic needs. Anything else it is not very good. If you order photos, expect a delay and not to get your order on time. And I mean an hours long delay. The other option they offer is to cancel your order and have you reorder at another Walgreens. They didn't even start printing the photos until after I came. The pharmacy is super slow also. I think the techs and or pharmacists are overworked as they had attitudes and usually close early. Id avoid this place if you need anything in a timely manner

We went to get out passport photo taken this morning at Walgreens in Clayton Center approximately 1020am today and were met by rude staff. 1 staff even had a sarcastic remark. We left at once after verbalizing our displeasure and disappointment at their rude customer service. Never going back here again.
