I just can't with this pharmacy. It is literally not possible to Loathe a Pharmacy more than I do this one. It's a shit mess. Long ass waits, scowls when you finally do get up to the team member. Then as you're waiting for them to gather your medicines, you read their sign on the glass that states they are short staffed and "please be kind to the cashier". As the cashier is being rude AF to me while I'm being polite and well mannered to her. Today I wait in line for 25 years before I get to get up to the counter. She finds my prescriptions, scans, one, and stands there, glaring to the left of her. Doesn't say a word to me. A few minutes into this, my ask what we're waiting for? She just says "pharmacist." Being short staffed doesn't give these folks a green light to be rude AF. Ok. Like what for? We stand there for roughly 5 more minutes. She never makes eye contact with me. Then the pharmacist finally comes over politely and asked me if I have any questions on the medication. I say no thank you. He walks off. Then she finishes ringing me up. She couldn't have asked me prior to me waiting if I had questions? Btw, these are medicines I already take lol. Maybe I would have questions 6 months ago when I started taking them lol. Another time, they refill a partial of 2 of my prescriptions and don't say anything. I noticed when I get home. These people, minus the police pharmacist, are asshats. Go elsewhere.

If you want to fraudulently use the med-cal and other governmental benefits, this is the place! The Walgreens pharmacy makes it so easy. maybe they're desperate for patients because they're on the brink of bankruptcy. I wouldn't want a pharmacy like this one to fill my prescription. No thank you.

This Walgreens is good for basic basic needs. Anything else it is not very good.If you order photos, expect a delay and not to get your order on time. And I mean an hours long delay. The other option they offer is to cancel your order and have you reorder at another Walgreens. They didn't even start printing the photos until after I came.The pharmacy is super slow also. I think the techs and or pharmacists are overworked as they had attitudes and usually close early. Id avoid this place if you need anything in a timely manner

The Corp that owns Walgreens tortures their customers and their employees. There is never enough help in the pharmacy. Everyone is nice but they are so overworked I'm noticing mistakes in my medications and filling them. You can't get through to the pharmacy. It's not the pharmacist's problem, the Corp has them terribly understaffed all the damn time. As soon as I get the address of this little mom and pop place that actually really does deliver, I am moving everything out of Walgreens again. It gives me an anxiety attack just thinking about having to get a script. Like I said, I like everyone there a lot, they just don't have enough help and that is Corporate's issue. Cheap bastards, MBA's with no humanity. I'm out of there as soon as possible.

The store is GREAT! However, since I was forced to change to this Pharmacy, I have never had so many issues with my medications. They do not follow up with Dr. offices. The phone refill systems sucks! So much so that the pharmacists even told me not to use it. They are rude AF on the phone. But most of all I have run out of medicine 3 times, for a week or more, while they're getting their shit straight. Almost causing me to go to end up in the hospital. I have a busy life (as we all do) an this is just one more thing I don't have time to deal with.I will be changing pharmacies, another thing to handle, because I can not stand this place.Last thing, even though the website and phone system say they take lunch till 2pm, don't believe it. Today it says they'll be out till 230pm. As I sit here waiting.

I came here originally to print out some photos. The lady who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful and made that process really fast and easy for me. Only took a few minutes to get my pictures printed out. Saw a couple of tasty chips in that aisle and help myself to a bag of chips too. The store was pretty empty not many customers at all in there while I was visiting. I would say that ambiance was empty feeling .

Stephanie, the shift lead, is quite possibly the most unstable individual I have ever met in my life. She is incredibly rude and condescending, and made me feel like my question and presence was inconveniencing her from the beginning. I have escalated a case to Walgreens customer service and will update my review once I have a resolution.

They never fill my prescriptions in time, are out of meds, and the lines are always long. Never back from lunch on time. Avoid at all cost they do not care

Do not go to this Walgreens for your prescriptions or anything to do with the pharmacy. This is the WORST pharmacy in concord/clayton area. I don't know if the people working there just do not know what they are doing, but what is so hard to put pills in a container. It is a 2 hour line EVERY SINGLE TIME, not just an isolated incident, it's every single time I have gone there. Something needs to be done with the staff at that pharmacy, training or walking papers because it's not even a little bit ok. Unless you don't mind wasting 2 hours standing in line everytime you go, do not go to this pharmacy, ever!!

Attempts to get a Flu Shot 1. Waited in line at the pharmacy (30min +) and asked about getting a Flu Shot, since it is advertised all over the store. I was told that they give shots/vaccines by appointment only. 2. I scheduled an appointment, which ended up being over a week later. I showed up 10-15 minutes early for my appointment and waited in the chair where they administer shots for my appointment time. I patiently waited for the customer at the window to finish his business and asked when I would be seen for my appointment, b/c by this time they were running a few minutes late. I was told that despite my appointment, I had to wait with the walk-in pharmacy line (probably another 45+ Minutes long). When I asked for clarification about my appointment time, the pharmacist just reiterated that they were running a single line and to just get in it and wait. What an incredibly stupid way to do business! If you don’t actually take appointments, don’t tell customers they must have them! An appointment to wait in a 30-45 minute line (a line of people without appointments) is no appointment at all! I will definitely be taking my business to the CVS down the street. Anyone reading this, don’t bother scheduling an appointment at Walgreens.
