I was unhappy with the response times and service from my prior insurance company. I phone State Farm and spoke to Natasha. She had my quote in record time. She is very helpful, friendly and professional. I could not be happier with my decision to switch to State Farm.

I received great service! My commercial vehicle insurance carrier cancelled us for no valid reason after 25 years. We had one small claim scratching a car when backing up in a parking lot 8 years ago. We are obviously low risk so I am still not sure why they gave up all that money on multiple trucks. I had several quote request out to replace it and they were also very expensive. I was speaking with Tim on another matter and mentioned my problem. I thought State Farm was for residential insurance but Tim offered to Quote our commercial auto and not only came back with the quote almost immediately it was lower then my previous company was charging for the exact same coverage. I needed certs for several customers right away and I had them in a day so I had no interruption in business. Great service and a great team at this office.

My husband and I walked into this office due to getting so frustrated with our current carrier that it was time to switch. I met Tim and he was immediately available and had a nice chat. He broke down my whole personal price plan that worked just for us. I ended up doing the household bundle so home, autos and personal liability umbrella. He made everything so easy since I didn't know much about how insurance worked. He explained all the coverages thoroughly. I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Tim and his wonderful team! Later on, Tim brought to my attention how important life insurance is and with a baby on the way I couldn't agree more. My husband and I set up a Joint Universal life policy with him. Very satisfied overall!

Owning a home in California has proven to be a trying experience. My previous insurance was cancelled because the house is now in a high fire risk area. In searching for insurance I was getting many decline to cover. I called the local State Farm office and talked with Natasha. The change in response and help was remarkable. In the course of a day my house was covered and my automobiles also. I really appreciate the help and information I received.

I am amending a 1-star review as Tim has gone above and beyond to reach out and work with me regarding the issues I had when dealing with State Farm's Claim department.My family has been customers of State Farm for over three decades. We originally had been clients of Doug Van Wyck, and things were usually fairly straightforward. I did have a fairly negative experience with a member of his staff when I had my first accident (over ten years ago, the staff member no longer works at this office), but overall the experience was what one would expect from your insurance company.That brings me to my recent accident. State Farm Claims dropped the ball countless times during this process. I won't get into all the issues, but it was an incredibly stressful experience. To be clear, I was not found at fault for this accident. The other driver was found 100%.I need to call out one member of Tim's office in particular. Nicole has worked at the Clayton office for I don't know how long (she was working with Doug before he retired). I have almost ALWAYS asked for Nicole when I call the office. Not only does she have the answers to any of your questions (and if she doesn't, she WILL find it), she is an absolute delight to talk to. She has a very upbeat personality, and is able to diffuse the most tense and uncomfortable calls in a way that is both natural and reassuring. State Farm is incredibly lucky to have someone like her working for them. I recommend asking for her on your next call, you won't be disappointed!Tim is currently working with me in order to find a resolution to the issues I encountered while dealing with SF Claims. He has made it clear that not only does he want to make sure I have everything I need to feel like a valued client, he also has a drive to ensure that these types of situations don't happen to ANYONE again.I hope to update this review once a resolution has been found.
