I brought my 90-year-old mother in for a blood test and I was shocked by how unprofessional the staff was. My mother needs a little more help and care. I escorted her into the room and then stepped out into the waiting room as I have trouble with needles and blood. I asked the receptionist to let me know when she was done. After quite some time, out comes my mother on her own, wobbling. It seemed to completely escape the phlebotomist that my mother needed some help. (Doesn't he have a grandmother??) Common courtesy should have kicked in and alerted him to escort my mother or at least come and get me. He watched me escort her in - you'd think that would be a good clue! Beyond that, all staff should be trained on how to treat elderly patients. Also, the place is too small and needs more (trained) staff.

Brought grandma and grandpa on a Friday (7:30am) morning was in and out in 30min. Yup, it only took about 15 min each person. Awesome staff, fast and friendly!

Skip this lab! We waited over an hour for a blood test. No receptionist. All chairs in waiting room full. Technician's had to do check-in with computer in room. Seemed like each person was 15 -20 min. 10 am Thurs. morning. FIX THIS LAB!! (Clayton Road. Concord)
