“I would highly recommend going to Padis in Walnut Creek. Our salesman Dave was super helpful, informative, patient, and worked with us to design and find the perfect engagement ring.
Throughout the process, we switched designs, center stones, etc; but we never felt pressured or forced to make a decision. We were having trouble visualizing some designs so Dave went out of his way to put sample stones in sample bands to paint a better picture.
Out of all the shops we visited, we had the best experience at Padis. I rate it 5/5 and I will definitely be back in the future.”
“I had existing ear piercings that I just never got to wearing anything in because I didn’t like the jewelry/the back would hurt so I just wanted to go in and buy jewelry for those piercings- I got flat back dainty studs, and wanted the piercer to measure the threads so I knew what I needed in each piercing along the lobe and cartilage. John did a great job placing my earrings and helping pick orientation of the studs. Dineo (I hope I got her name right!) helped me mix and match a couple of options and pick the right ones. The jewelry is very pretty and good quality. I’ll be back again!”
“Beautiful selection of jewelry here! I went in the other day for advice on a broken necklace clasp that I bought elsewhere. Paul was extremely helpful and gave me some valuable info on my piece and what it needed in order to be repaired and why it broke in the first place.
Because it was under warranty, I opted to send it into the manufacturer, but I would definitely come back here in the future for repairs or new pieces! Staff was very friendly and the store is kept in immaculate shape with various certifications on display.”

“I had chain of beads that I needed to repair as one of the beads got disconnected. I took it to a shop in Pleasanton where the owner was rude and quoted me $40. I then took it to Design4U. The lady there was very friendly, fixed it within a few minutes and charged me just $10. I then looked at my chain and I couldn’t make out where the repair was done as it was flawless. I highly recommend this place for jewelry repair”
