About Clayton Library - Contra Costa County Library
Clayton Library is a great community library described as a gem. It is clean, organized, and well stocked with books and movies. The library offers many chairs and tables for reading, working on laptops, or doing homework, making it a great place for studying. It has a dedicated teen section with a great selection of manga. There are many great children's books and activities. The staff are consistently noted as lovely, very nice, helpful, kind, and patient. Services include having books shipped from other Contra Costa County libraries and picking up holds from other branches. The building features comfortable seating and views of nature from its many windows, with interesting exhibits. It is surrounded by walking and biking paths and has ample parking. A rule prohibits food and drink inside.

I love this library..I took all my 3 kids to this library from KG to high school, now presently I take my grandson since KG to present, hes now a 7th grader. Such lovely people work here too so helpful everytime , all these years.. thank you for all your services
