Well, I tried to resolve this with customer service but they were no help. I hate leaving negative reviews but here goes.
I will never use this store again. My wife and I called this store last week and asked about shipping packages to ourselves from another state because we were coming into town for a conference and our hotel was going to charge to receive them. They said yes that would be fine.
When she showed up to get the packages, they charged her $10 PER BOX to pick them up and the lady was rude and disrespectful. We have never had such a terrible experience with UPS as a whole. Even speaking with customer service today was pointless and they missed a package that will effect our business majorly tomorrow.
I'll save everyone the mess of the rest of the story with customer service.

We were helped by Christopher and Lisa Smith (owner). Lisa was so kind and helpful. We explained that we went to the Montclair UPS and our packaged was refused by the woman working there. The Montclair location claimed that we needed to put our already packaged item in another box, otherwise they couldn’t accept it. So we came to this (Claremont) location where Christopher printed our receipt as proof of our return and Lisa told us it was not a problem and that they can accept the package and return it to Amazon for us. It took us 30minutes at the Montclair location only to still be turned away but a mere 3minutes at the Claremont location to drop off the package. Thank you Lisa and Christopher!! We really appreciate you! We will be returning to your location going forward! Everyone needs to come here. Fantastic customer service!

Buyer beware…I sent my son to this story to buy five boxes and they charged him ~$9 per box. I ended up paying nearly $50 for FIVE regular boxes! Boxes that would cost ~$1.50 anywhere else. And they wouldn’t take them back when I asked. It is hard to understand how and why a cardboard box would cost so much and equally hard to understand why they refuse to take them back.I won’t step foot in there again.

I went this morning and the lady was very friendly. She helped me by explaining everything and answered all my questions when I opened the mailbox. I recommend this location and great customer service.

Very friendly staff and the store is right in Claremont village. They provide additional services such as notary and live scans too. But do call in advance just to be safe.

Okay it’s getting close to Christmas and you just moved here need to send a lot of boxes to your loved one’s back home well just take all your gifts to one place right here friendly staff will take them and send them to anyone anywhere and it’s not going to cost you that much so go ahead shop then ship it from the UPS store

I packaged my belongings in a brand new box and securely tapped it and they damaged my box during the shipment and sent it back to the location I shipped it from and refused to give me a refund for the $254 shipment even though it never arrived at the location. Not only did my package not arrive at the destination they also damaged my belongings, so basically I paid over $200 for UPS to damage my belongings and not ship anything. If you care about your belongings or your money find a different service.

Go here for Passport Pictures, this UPS store offers 3 pictures so you the customer can pick the best. Phillip was very professional. I was in need to get my PP pic and had a horrible experience at The Village Postmark. A waste of $16.50 . The women who took the photo offered only one and it was washed out, blurry picture that would have been rejected bc I was wearing a white top. I should have left when she said "I TAKE GREAT MUG SHOTS". She should go work at a prison, she has the perfect personality for one. And she doesn't know the rules for taking PP pictures.

My husband and I came in a week ago to ship out 5 packages. The young man working was very helpful and helped us pick out boxes and gave us our receipt. He then told us to have a good day without the boxes being sealed. I felt weird about this and against my better judgment we left. 4 out of the 5 boxes made it to their destination- and conveniently the most expensive item never left the store. We will need to file a claim with UPS and I know that will be a tedious process. I wish there were still honest people in this world. It's very disheartening.

$2.00 to send a card via USPS!?!?I would've been fine with $1.00 for "convenience" but that's an outrageous charge. Don't bother coming here.

August 12th We purchased 2 new Cellphones over the phone from Verizon The New Samsung Ultra S22. We were so excited about this purchase because we heard if all the new features and most if all thet were giving a $800.00 trade in Bonus for our Note9's which were practically new, but it seemed like a great Deal. So my husband and I went all in.. as instructed we uploaded all the info from the old phones to the new Phones. We then went into the Verizon store in Montclair Mall to return our old Phones. They instructed us to take them to the UPS store and provided us a Tracking Label and one box for two phones. This was on August 17, 2022 around 6pm in the evening, The UPS Store in Claremont California on Indian Hill I called The UPS Store and found out the close at 6:30pm so we packaged up the 2 Note 9 's in A1 condition deleted all info and reset to factory as instructed and took them to the UPS Store in Claremont. Upon arrival I was greeted by a Young man who appeared to be a Worker behind the counter in full UPS uniform. I gave him the box that had been given to me at Verizon Montclair Mall Store. He appeared to scan the Box and Handed me a TRACKING receipt 1Z90A26F9006444973 with this tracking number. I left the UPS Store and got back in the car with my husband and put the receipt in my glove box. I never looked at the receipt until a few weeks later when I received a reminder that you have a certain about of days to return your device to qualify for the 800.00 per phone promotion. I immediately called Verizon to find out the status of my returned phones. The Verizon customer person on the phone immediately asked me for my Tracking number, I went to my car where I had left it in the Glove box and gave him the Tracking # 1Z90A26F9006444973. He told me that the phones were still being processed in the warehouse. I believed him, and he assured me everything was fine. He told me sometimes this process can take 30 or more days. I trusted that he was giving me accurate information. A few more weeks passed. I get another reminder to return our phones that we had already returned. I Call Verizon again to find out from another Representative that our phones have not been received or processed from the UPS Store in Claremont on Indian Hill and that they have no record. They only show several Tracking Tickets issued for the Phones. When I check my email there were at least 6 Tracking Tickets issued for the 2 Note 9 Phones that had already been returned. I Have spoken to at least 10 to 15 Verizon Customer Service Representative and Gone into the UPS Store to find out what happened to the Phones right away the recognized me from bringing my package late the evening I shipped it originally. I told them the situation and they told me this happens all the time. I asked if they could check the cameras and see what happened to the package I dropped off that day. They are checking with management on this. In the meantime I go back to The Verizon Store Montclair Mall, where they tell me the Same thing. This happens all the time. I am so frustrated by this whole. Situation. I was told by Verizon today to go on line and file claim for the Lost/Stolen package and all I get is a Sorry its been 60 days and your No longer eligible to file a Claim on this Tracking # 1Z90A26F9006444973. No one is taking responsibility for this. And I am at a loss for $4000.00 for these phones that Verizon supposedly never received or UPS never shipped. I'm wondering if this is away to recoup the money from the customer in someway and if Verizon and UPS are in this together to Cheat us out of our Phones and Money. I am thinking of filing a Class Action Law suit on UPS AND VERIZON. IF THIS IS SUCH A COMMON THING. ANY ADVICE ON THE MATTER AT HAND WOULD BE APPRECIATED. SOMEONE IS STEALING PHONES ON THE INSIDE. AND MAKING IT LOOK LIKE IT'S THE CUSTOMER NOT RETURING THE PHONES.

The woman there was a total j**** She specifically told her employees not to help me when I purchased my own box. Worst UPS experience of my life.
