“People helping people is what this store is all about. It is so nice to have a thrift store in the Claremont Village. All proceeds are donated to local organizations that help people. It’s a great way to contribute to the community…donating extra stuff and shopping here both help people in need.”

“Haven't been here for a long time but sure glad I came today! Found a really cool vintage beautiful velour shirt that I bought for a reasonable price as well as another unusual hand painted vintage item. Shout out to Kristen who rang my purchases up and also answered some questions. Totally kind and knowledgeable and awesome. She deserves a raise! Thank you!”

“Hit up this spot today and everything is organized by size and clean!! You can still get items at thrift store prices! Tops 2 and 3 dollars. Jeans for $4.99! Don’t sleep on this spot! Great deals”

“This rating is for the DONATION center (I rarely shop inside). Always friendly and efficient staff, easy to drop off items for donations. Paper receipts given. I have tried other thrift stores to drop off items and they are often closed and nobody there. This is a very reliable drop off.”

“I had a great experience here. They had a good selection of clothes that didnt have any odor coming from them and the customor service was great. I accidentally left my watch in the fitting room and they were kind enough to hold it for me and wait for me to come back to retrieve it. Will be coming back here”

“Very clean, organized, the staff is great, prices are very very reasonable. They have a designated drop off behind the building that seems to be staffed most if not all the time, for quick drop off of items. Go visit them, you won’t be disappointed. The hours are limited so check before you go.”

“Recently I came here, for the first time, in donating a Cherry wood dresser & nightstand. I met Kevin who graciously helped in getting the items from my car. In chatting with him and learning more of who they help and how they got started, one could just sense the "heartbeat" they have for what they do. I will definitely be donating to 360 again in the future. May God richly bless what you do and those you help.”

“OMG! The people were very nice. I was looking for a place to donate some solid wood furniture and I happened to call them. The manager, Tammi, was very easy to work with and very accommodating. They scheduled a time for pick up and the guys were prompt and courteous. I decided to go to the store to get my receipt for the donation so I could see what else they had. I was SHOCKED by the good quality of items they had. Here I was, trying to down size and I ended up buying 4 mirrors from them!!! Lol! They are really good mirrors and the prices were VERY reasonable and worth every penny. I also spoke with the guy who does the refinishing and of the products that come in damaged. WOW! He was so nice and accommodating. I felt so good by the helpfulness of all of the employees. I love going to Thrift stores and this one is a definite only list now. I especially like the fact that the money goes to a good cause.”

“Great place to get toys & clothes for kids!!! I wish there were more pants & shorts for boys who are size 16 to 20 (my son is 8 & is this size) but other than that, I found everything I needed for my kids & spent ONLY $20 where in some places for the amount of things I grabbed it'd be $60 to $80, so I'm very grateful for this place. ??Update July 2023… I still love this thrift store lol!! I can find a few clothing items for my son but I’m always able to find great quality items for my daughter - pants, shirts, sweaters, & shirts… love this place!!”

“If you are a fan of the Acts thrift store in Pasadena, you may be a fan of this location as well.... As this location is a lot bigger than Pasadena. They have furniture at this location!!! And you can use your coupons towards furniture pieces!!! A lot of cool gems you can find here. Be sure to check out their boutique behind the counter. Their prices are pretty fair and decently priced... I go for the color deals and coupons! Can't wait to go back! Thrift on my friends. Cheers!”

“Excellent prices, fantastic staff, well organized, bright, clean, and good selection. We really liked this store. Easy to get to, good parking. I wish my town had a store like this. Will be a must-stop whenever we're in town.”

“Amazing thrift store! There's many in the area but this one is definitely in the top 3! There's a LOT of great treasures, the prices are amazing & the staff is so friendly! They have a reward program which is something I think all thrift stores should have! My first time in here & I wanted everything! I bought many frames & lots of clothes. Will definitely be back”

“The Chino store location is a much larger location than the Montclair store, including a covered outdoor patio section, an adjacent donation center, and longer store hours. Constant stock replenishments with great deals storewide, especially on 1/2 off COLOR TAGGED items!! No membership required, friendly and helpful staff, clean and organized environment. I shop at BOTH stores weekly.?”

“I come here probably once a week. Small, but great finds and great prices. Great place to find pants, records, or little niknaks. All the comments about the staff can’t be more far from the truth. Everyone that works is very nice. They may be quiet, but that doesn’t mean they are rude.”

“It's a little more expensive than my fave thrift store, but they have daily percentages off. You still save plenty of moolah. The people working there are also very helpful, polite, and kind.”

“I previously gave this place a 1 star during Covid, but now I love this place. It's where I get all my movies, picture frames and toys. I visit this place once a month at a minimum. I guess the guy I didn't like who worked there during covid doesn't work there anymore so it's a much nicer place. Happy to shop here. Monday discounts every Monday for students, vets and seniors.”

“Great store with good true thrift store pricing! Found some great Nike performance skirts for $5 and a couple purse bags for $3. Great deal on used books also. I would highly recommend checking out”

“Love coming to this goodwill , I stopped by yesterday , and loved to see a good variation in the wares dept , they had plenty of items on the shelves , and very Organized, can't wait to see what they have this weekend !Looking forward to bring my mom , she loves goodwill.”

“This is one of my favorite goodwill locations, but there's rude young people working there now. About a month ago a few workers were very helpful and knew how to treat people.i saw a worker tall and tatted busy and still smiling, another pretty young girl putting clothes away she seemed so happy, and a new girl I spoke to I was like wow. She was really cleaning up walls and still doing many tasks. But they are gone now, you gotta bring them back to diamond bar, your fake manager boy doesn't know what he's doing, looks like a thug and i saw him putting stuff in his pocket. Won't stop me from shopping.i get great deals there. The vibe isn't the same without that tall guy gannie, cute Sara, or new lady.tracey they are workers you should keep . My words for u.”

“A large thrift store with some great bargains, especially clothing and small appliances. I bought a Dyson vacuum here for $50 that works great. You can text everything before you buy it. It does get crowded and you need to check the clothing items carefully but I still enjoy coming here.”

“Great selection but prices are high for a thrift store. Best deal is the daily color, its only $1 per item! **Update weekly color is now $1.99 but you still can find some great items so worth it”

“Goodwill? More like greatwill! This place is awesome. I found Christmas gifts for everyone! Some people set the bar pretty high but let's face it it's a thrift store. It you want to be wowed try the swap meet or spend all day driving around to fancy garage sales. If you want to seek out gently used treasures all under one roof this is the place to be. There was a floor mat I was able to wipe the bottom of my shoes on upon entry. A sneeze guard at the register. If you time it right you can buy your stuff back that you donated! Stay humble and shop here! It was good enough for someone to buy the first time. So find something cool to buy again and stay off your high horse!”

“So happy I stopped by and made a quick buck... I had 5 bags of clothes I was gonna just donate but stopped here first and made $280.00 keep in mind they are looking for a specific style. Vintage trendy stuff you'd find on depop or flea markets(: I came in without expectations and I think everyone else should too.”

“Hi,??‍♀️I love this specific Goodwill thrift store.I've been coming here for a few years already...The New location seems more roomy & looks nicer, more like a department store.I don't mind that it doesn't have a dressing rooms bc I wouldn't try on used clothes without making sure I washed them myself first. I don't think any of the G.W's have them. But I also know that they don't mind if we pull out an item from the rack and try it on right there. So that's cool. And I've always loved the C/S here. Both employee's and both managers are very nice? And they're Always Helpful including Pam & Shannon whenever I asked/needed It.Pam is more serious professional yet pleasant C/S while Shannon has a very sweet professional personality within her Customer Service.?As far as pricing.. ??‍♀️ well everyone I'm sure is aware that pricing has gone up with just about everything everywhere since CoVid..? So if you're short on funds just make sure to come during their Thursday special's.Certain color tagged items are only $2 on that day.!.And Every week they choose different tag color and those color tagged items are discounted for that week. The only thing I kind of don't like & no longer do is shopping here 'LATE' during Thursday Special...Bc All the Poshmark clothes sellers come buying 'Full baskets of all the cuter clothes early.??‍♀️I've seen it my own eyes. So get here early on Thurs.Thank you for your time.. ??‍♀️I'll post pictures my next visit.”

“5 stars, but they do not answer the phone. I’ve been calling for 2 days and have not received one answer. They reached capacity, yesterday, told me to come back 10 am, today, but they are still at capacity and not sure when they will be accepting donations again. So, I’m a little confused about visiting this location. The Goodwill location on central avenue answers their phone and says they will be ready to accept donations again after 12 pm, today, but to call to confirm before arrival. I really like the service at this location, already. So, I will be going there.Happy donating, everybody!!!!!!”

“This Goodwill is simply superb. They have such a wide variety of items all for a really great price. I've never had a problem here and the staff are always helpful and nice. They should open up the dressing rooms, but I understand they are closed right now because of covid. I would recommend this Goodwill for everyone!”
