I saw a dress on display and went in to check it out. It was marked over $100 for a dress that was torn and used?! You must be out of your mind! You can go to Palm Springs to find much nicer and trendier items for a fraction of the cost. New items are even cheaper than these random clothes at this place.

This place is never open during the hours they say they are. I’ve called 3 days in a row M, Tu, Wed. No one ever answers & I’ve gone there twice. Doors locked, lights off, no sign on the door.

I found this store today and immediately fell in love. There's lots of great pieces for fair prices. There are lots of reviews I just read whining about pricing and customer service. As far as prices go, the clothing they sell is great quality in good condition. If you can't spend $40 on a nice pair of jeans that will last a while, u just sound d**** Sure there are more expensive things in the shop, but the value goes up over the years. It's expected. I would also like to mention that I didn't experience any bad customer service, but it was strange not being greeted (i don't care either way) or being talked to at all. The only reason why I took two stars out of my review is because the employee had taken off their mask and was vaping. I don't know if that's allowed in there, but I don't believe that belongs at a workplace.

Suuuuuuuuper disappointed. I have always thought this spot was overpriced (when it is actually open), but this last week I found the perfect pair of vintage woven shoes. I took them home, wore them twice, then as I was in my kitchen making dinner, noticed something was weird with my "new" shoes. Low and behold, the ENTIRE sole of the right shoe was COMPLETELY OFF. How do you not notice that when you inspect a product you're selling? How did I not notice that? I've learned 2 things now: 1. Give a thorough (like pull and stretch fibers) inspection of an item when buying second hand, "vintage." 2. Don't buy items from Replay.

Went into the store last week looking for a 80s Halloween outfit after searching everywhere. The employee there was so helpful in helping me find my perfect fit. She gave me different options and I found an amazing outfit that everyone loved. Super friendly and cute vintage store.

My favorite store to visit when I'm in town. They have the most unique vintage items here. One of my favorite places to shop.and with resonable prices. Also the employees working at this store they always make you feel so welcome.

Ok FIRST off it's really sad that some people think this is some cute independent store, this is a chain. SECOND why are you incapable of being open when you say you will be open? Seriously, it's disgusting and I wish I could give zero stars. I would understand if every once and while something happened and you posted on social media to let your customers know but do you? No. Thirdly some of this stuff does not appear to actually be vintage, just made to look vintage. There are so many vintage stores these days, definitely go elsewhere.

Went in there to ask about scarves, no more than 30 seconds later after the owner said they didn't have warm scarves, another female customer and her daughter stood in front of the door and said I was not leaving the store because she said I might have taken her wallet. The woman and the daughter checked their purse and it was right there, I refused to accept her apology because I was obviously racially profiled and harassed by this stranger after being in the store for less than a minute. The owner of the store did not apologize and seemed to have taken the crazy lady's side even though she was clearly wrong. If you are brown please don't go in this store because the owner probably thinks you're stealing too. I'm reporting her to the BBB

This place is great...if your idea of "great" is a store that seems to have had the same stock since the day they opened, and you also enjoy being insulted by the staff. Today, I saw a staff member make a comment to a young man who was trying on a jacket, saying the kid should take it off because he was too big and was going to stretch it out. The jacket was basically the kid's size, and the staff member said this in front of the kid's friends, which seemed to upset the poor kid. I spoke to the kid afterward, and he said he was actually planning on buying the jacket until the guy insulted him. Nice manners. Good business plan. Before shopping here, you might want to call ahead and see what the current cashier's preferred body type is, lest you run afoul of their sensibilities and have to endure a public shaming.
