Tried to set up an appointment online. Never heard back so I called and sat on hold, only to be told that they don't honor those appointments.A nuisance as I work with my hands in a loud environment so phone calls are difficult. If they don't honor the system, it should be removed.In the very least, contact you back to let you know.

Dr. Orr is a good doctor, he gives me great referrals and is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately his office staff is rude and so unhelpful. Every time I call I get different information and am met with annoyance for requesting basic information/help. I could understand if happened once or twice, but I’ve been met with annoyance and callousness from the reception each time I call or visit. I’ve never experienced such a rude and unwilling to help doctors office staff.

I came here for my Aviation Medical Certificate and was nervous about passing the exam for the first leg of my journey into flying, but even before stepping into his office (never seen a waiting room with no corners- check it out) Dr. Orr and his staff was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel at ease. During my visit the staff provided clear instructions and was professional throughout the entire time. When it was time to meet Dr. Orr I was pleasantly surprised by his kindness and knowledge he was willing to share with his experiences. I passed my exam with flying colors. I will come back to visit Dr.Orr and his staff. :)

Scheduling my appointment online was fast and easy. His staff was able to schedule my referral appointment next day at a great time. Service was top notch here.

This office staff and Dr.Orr have been my best experience ever! I have been coming to this office since I was a kid as well as all my family. The service is always so consistent and the girls there are so sweet and attentive I highly recommend them. Veronica and Patty are absolutely wonderful and my favorite, they have gone above and beyond for me in terms of my care and requests. Their care paired with Dr.Orr’s expertise is the combination for the perfect visit. Thank you for your amazing patient care guys!!! I love you all!!!!!!

The website doesn’t function properly it doesn’t set up the appointment in the correct manner and they constantly text you an email you with the wrong times for your appointments. The front office staff is rude and thinks you know that there’s a difference between them and the doctors office and the website. To me it’s all one in the same. As per Doctor Orr and his nurses they are incredible he is an incredible doctor and I highly recommend him

Dr. Orr is amazing! He takes time during appointments, is genuinely interested and intellectually curious to thoroughly evaluate (H&P) to get the right diagnose and best treatment for his patients - which I am fortunate to be one of‼️

Awful with keeping appointment on time. Have NO respect For people’s time. Notorious for having you wait up to an hour or more after your appointment time out in the lobby and another half an hour in the medical room.

On line appointments are not lnked to front office staff. I arrived on the scheduled date and was told that the appiontment was not confirmed. I even received email confirmation of my appointment. Staff stated on line appointments are not confirmed with office staff.
