“Just moved to the area and of course, I break a my foot. Searching all pharmacies for your meds when you have a prescription from your doctor can be very difficult. It's a law that pharmacies aren't allowed to tell you over the phone whether or not they have your medication. In my case, it was strong pain meds. We came from a town where the Vons was awful and didn't have a pharmacy. My husband drove all over town to every pharmacy trying to find my two medications. Then we found this Vons. Of course I was hesitant about Vons.. But, they not only had what I needed but the staff was terrific! I want to especially give a review to Wilson, the pharmacy manager. Wilson went out of his way to contact my Dr. more than once to try to get my meds approved before the weekend. Wilson personally called me the next morning to let me know that my meds were ready. When I arrived later that day (in a wheelchair), I saw Wilson but he was was obviously on his lunch break. He saw me and remembered me! He mentioned to come back because they were at lunch in the pharmacy for another 45 minutes. But asked for my paper script, which I gave him. When I returned, everything was ready to go and I didn't have to wait! Thank you Wilson! Vons is lucky to have you. What a kind, attentive, thoughtful and caring human being. We will now be switching all of our medications to Vons.”

“Came in to set up a digital mailbox and get something notarized. The offer lots of other services, it's a one-stop shop! Cute spot in a super convenient location. The new owners are also super nice and helpful! Btw, the previous 1 star reviews are all for the old owner. I was weary to come in, but it was the most convenient and I learned they had just recently bought the business!”
