Bought a used vehicle with multiple issues just a day after purchase. I decided to purchase another Mazda vehicle now that my family will need a larger one, but unfortunately after signing received a key fob that was damaged with buttons missing, rendering the tailgate feature unusable via the key fob, had the battery die out and require a jump start the very next day, and issues with the steering wheel. For such issues to arise just a day after purchase was disappointing, but what was more disappointing was that after reaching out to have this resolved with the dealer, they basically said nothing would be covered and i would have to pay out of pocket to get the issues fixed. Despite the fact that it was literally my second day after purchase. An ethical business would make the consumer whole instead of just nickeling and diming for a complete/working product that they should have received in the first place. I went with a Mazda again for it's supposed reliability, however have been disappointed so far with issues and the handling of these issues.

Buyer beware!!! I purchased my 6th cx-5 in 10 years, this dealership will do two hard credit checks for a purchase of one vehicle. Love the car, but this dealership is criminal and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Overall the service is not very bad here, but the car dealer need to explain the price more clearly and make sure what is the customer need to pay in total out of pocket before they close the deal!

The team at Mazda of Claremont went above and beyond to meet my expectations for the purchase of my first car. Art, Luis, Jimelle, Riza— they all were so lovely. Art was the first to greet us and went out of his way to introduce me to Luis, the Client Relations Manager, an owner of Miatas, to speak to me about his personal preferences about the car. He gave me the assurance I needed to really know if that car was what I really wanted. Art really knew who I should talk to and was able to answer all of my questions, and if not, introduced me to who could. Jimelle delivered the car to our address and reassured us to reach out when needed. Riza is very knowledgeable in her expertise and made sure I understood everything regarding the finance aspect of our transaction. Overall, a very amazing team.

Mazda of Claremont has an excellent service department. They have a very clean modern setting with plenty of tables and chairs with power outlets for you devices. They have snacks in the waiting area if you decide to wait for your service. But the best part was my service adviser Martin Martinez. He was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday and got me out with time to spare. I came in again for another scheduled service and Martin went above and beyond finding that my car still had an extended warranty! I was provided with a very nice loaner car, the warranty repairs were done in a timely manner and I was very satisfied. I hope everybody has the same kind of experience I had and say hello to Martin for me.

The staff were very helpful, and no pressure at all. Process was very fast and they genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable with the deal. Would definitely use them again. Great experience

This was my first car buying experience in California and it was a fantastic one! I drove about an hour to Mazda Of Claremont and it was absolutely worth it. I worked with Armando Garcia, Jimelle and the finance manager Riza Amiri. They both were incredibly helpful and made the buying process stress-free. Armando was super positive and supportive throughout the negotiations, and Jimelle was so welcoming as we took the test drive very knowledgeable about the Mazda Cx-50 and checked on me as my car was being prepared.
Riza made sure to work numbers to fit my budget. I walked off the lot feeling happy and satisfied with my purchase , and I got some great add ons within budget! A big shoutout to the manager Ryan and the entire team over at Mazda Claremont. Keep up the great work!

Very displeased with the experience I had with Geovany. I told him my financial situation up front and he said he’d be able to work with me. He called me and told me I was approved and ran the numbers to me. Three days later I find out he lied and there was never an approval. My time was wasted.

verry unprofessional, spoke with krystal on the phone to inquire about a vehicle set up an appointment date turns out the vehicle was sold the previous day with krystal still having me think the vehicle was still there, she was also not even working that day VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL THEY WASTED MY TIME

Fully was going into the dealership yesterday not expecting to leave with a new car, was only interested in looking at the CX-30 for research purposes. However, Lorne Sallis was amazing! I had a bad experience at a Toyota dealership the day prior and was feeling discouraged. Right away I told Lorne what I was interested in and my budget. He made sure we were able to make it happen. He never felt pushy or made me feel forced to do anything, he was always patient and understanding, walking through everything along the way. Once I got my vehicle he made sure to walkthrough the app and helped me set up my car. This is now my third lease and the best experience I have had thus far. Cannot recommend him enough!

Purchased a 2024 preowned vehicle from this location about 3-4 weeks ago. Once the sale is completed don’t expect any additional help or even a call back from anyone. Even getting a hold of the person who assisted with the sale (in my case Vander and Arash) is difficult and they don’t even return the call or email. The vehicle was missing the owner’s manual which was promised to be ordered and mailed to me but no word about it yet. There was also a film protection applied to the vehicle that is peeling off and needs reinstalling, they will charge you for it (not disclosed on sale price) but won’t provide support. Happy with the vehicle, but very disappointed with the service for a Mazda dealership.
