My pizza was cold. I told the girl at the counter my order name, she said she would check and never came back out and was just flirting with the guy boxing the pizzas. Other customers had to remind her to check on their order as well. When I asked a second time my pizza was ready. The box was soggy because it had been sitting out on the counter

We don’t eat pizza very often, and we know what to expect here. It’s always consistent. Easy to order on the app, always ready on time, always hot and fresh.

The food was great and the service was fine except for the fact that I would have appreciated the mentioning there was a deal similar to what I was ordering. I guess they don't suggest so that way customers pay more money.

Actually I never have ordered pizza from little Ceasars, but my son asked me to do it, so this is the 2nd time I have ordered in 2 weeks. Besides the pizza we ordered drinks and for these 2 times they only delivered the food and not the drinks. The driver looked at me as I'm an extraterrestrial, and I asked myself... shouldn't they check that the order have been picked up 100%????The most funny thing is that when they have arrived they checked and said... aw you are right, there are drinks.....Sooooo, no more Little Ceasars. Good byeeeeeee.

The cashier that took my order was completely rude. I didn’t not get her name. Then I go home and they gave me the wrong type of crazy bread. That girl was so rude over the phone. this young African American girl beautiful but jas the worst customer service. You can’t treat people poorly. If you don’t like your job leave other wise I will call corporate next time.

When I ingressed the building, I felt as if I was in a Saudi palace because of the heavenly, incandescent lighting and spotless interior. The pizza was handcrafted in front of me. Athwart me, an herculean man kneaded the dough intimately and assembled the ingredients with love. I do not know hat he did to that pizza, but it was piquant. I order two! I gourmandized, lord forgive me, but it was worth it. I asked for this man’s name: Davin. A myriad of blessings to this man.

Pizza was very good. Service was excellent but as any little Caesars always packed with nowhere to sit or stand on the day and time that I went and per usual panhandlers.

Don't know what the advertise "hot and ready" or the Pizza Portal when you have to wait another 5-10 minutes to get any sauce from someone behind the counter..

HORRIBLE customer service!! On Oct-1- 2023, 12:56 PM at the little Caesar’s in Claremont, CA 336 S. Indian Hill Boulevard, 91711, I called to place a order over the phone, and while placing the order, for no reason the employee on the phone was being extremely rude, Rushing to get me off the phone, and ignoring details I requested for my two pizzas potentially ruining the order like they have done the previous week sep-24-2023. When I asked the employee to put her manager on the phone, She replied stating “SHE IS THE MANAGER”, which at that point I hung up the phone.. Until this day Oct-1-2023 I was a recurring customer buying pizzas for my softball team every Sunday, However due to the “MANAGERS” Actions, which shows lack of training from corporate, I will never step foot in ANY little Caesars restaurant again.
