Words can’t even express how happy I am with my purchase. Xavier an Aron helped with the whole process. No money down approval for a clean dodge durango citedal with all the bells an whistles. They really know what they are doing an take care of their customers. Update on 09 SEPT. Since this review, Customer Experience at Knight found and shipped an original FOB as well as providing a set of locking lug nuts with key, so it looks like this is going to have a happy ending.
bought a 2021 Jeep here on 30 AUG. it was sold to me with only one FOB and the sales mgr (JQ) and I agreed split the cost for a second FOB (about $150). Well the FOB JQ and Julio sold the car with had a dead battery, and has gone through 3 other new batteries in less than a week. So i am out about $450 on FOBs and no one, not even Customer Experience rep. is calling me back.

We worked with Xavier to buy a Subaru Crosstrek, that experience was great no complaints there. We sign the paperwork and left the dealership with an extended warranty that I was hesitant to get. I called Aaron within the 30 day window to have it cancelled and have the full amount returned to us. Aaron said he would cancel it for us and it would take about 2 months to reflect it on the account. After two months it was still on the account, we called back and another worker gave us a form we needed to fill out Aaron never did this. It has been about 5 months now and we still not have heard back from anyone about the form or the cancellation after multiple emails and calls. Very disappointing to an otherwise good experience.

I had an appointment set at 10am for 2:30pm to look at a vehicle for my wife. I went in 10 mins early. My salesman was helping someone else and I waited until he said he was getting someone to find the vehicle. Someone else came and said they found the vehicle, but that it was in the service area with a problem. He decided to show it anyway. Hood up, loud ticking and lights blinking like crazy. It was hard to get past that, let alone the fact they didn’t picture all the damage. The pictures of this beautiful vehicle were quite deceiving. It doesn’t show side pockets so blown out they flap in the wind with the doors open, the massive spot on the center console lid that looks melted, or the fact you took off the cover on the rims that were pictured and left exposed holes and scratches on the rims with those ready to replace tires.
Then they said let me check and see if we have anything else similar in make model and color…20 minutes later the original salesmen comes out as I was looking through the lot in almost 100 degree weather, and they pulled up the base model of a way different color. Obviously, I was like no thanks this isn’t nearly the same. They said oh well do you see any car you like? I said yeah this one and pointed at my car (she’s a beaut), and they said ok I’ll pull the numbers. I said uh no you won’t I already own it. They laughed and said we can run numbers on the one you originally came to see if you’d like? I respectfully declined. But seriously?
My wife called to see what happened and they said that’s not true it’s right here all ready! She called them on their lie and said I had just left (1 stoplight away) and they said they would call me to come back because it was good to go. Never got the call.
So thanks for wasting my day (3 hours of driving) to show me a $32k vehicle that didn’t live up to your pictures and I couldn’t test drive…and for disappointing my wife. What a Pooh show guys. Get it together.

For a 3 hr drive it was worth everything.
Xavier Williams is more worth than 5 stars. He showed me decently professionalism and patience throughout this journey. I felt comfortable and shown love here. You helped me get the car of my dreams. Julian helped me understand the pros and cons of the cars. He was able to identify and suggest which one fit my best needs and financial situation. I wasn’t comfortable with a lot of salesman but he was really nice and made the transaction smooth and is knowledgeable in the field of cars! Definitely recommended him.
