Called to make an appointment for my child. Was told they will not see her without a c19 test. Wtf? So doctors don't see sick people anymore? Definitely in the wrong industry. This behavior isn't normal, i will never go back to chaparral medical group.

Dr. Kasem is awesome but her front office staff are the worst. The minute her receptionist picks up the phone, she has attitude. She needs to be replaced because she obviously doesn't work well with humans. Maybe dog grooming would be a better fit for her personality?

Dr. Kasem is a very caring person and thorough with her work. She's the best doctor I've ever had.
