Selling clothes at Dee-lux is such a nice experience. They treat you with respect. They give you answers that are condescending. Even if they don’t take a lot they are fair and you end up feeling like you didn’t waste your time.

Taylor was outstanding! He was so much help when I was deciding if I looked good in a certain pair of pants. The staff there are very approachable and knowledgeable about all fashions, styles, and utilizations of garments. Love this store!

I'm let down by this place. I would always see it and feel excited to contribute to their store with some of the pieces I have. I know style and taste are subjective, but I have a wide variety of pieces in good quality and taste. I made an appointment to sell and showed up early like they asked. The website stated that they were looking for spring pieces like dresses and that's what I kept in mind. I brought around 20 items - the buyer took only 10 minutes to look through my stuff, and I saw that she didn't even look through everything. I felt a judgmental aura while I was waiting for my stuff to be evaluated and saw some of the employees whisper and make faces about my items, which is fine, but unprofessional to be seen. Ultimately, the buyer said that my pieces were too dressy, and that there were too many dresses, even though that's what they said they were looking for. Out of everything, she stated that they would've considered buying a high end wallet I had but didn't want to because it wouldn't sell. So then why mention that its considered? Its okay to have preferences in what's wanted, and wanting to appeal to a certain style demographic, but I just felt my contribution wasn't given a fair and thorough evaluation for my time.

I love this store, personally I'm only sold clothing to them once so I don't know if they are great with buying, I didn't have a bad experience tho, they took about 10 items from me. BUTTT the clothing there is AMAZING! especially if you like vintage items... omg to die for . I get almost all my clothes there and I just know when I go in there my whole pay check is going to be gone

I’ve been selling here for 3 years and shopping as well. Honestly the staff is nice and very knowledgeable through their work. I do enjoy the easy process to drop clothes off or have an appointment. I suggest to do the appointment in order to enjoy around Claremont. There’s restaurants, snack bars, and shopping to do.

I At first liked this place but the one time I come to sell clothes and I have to have an appointment? That's outrageous! I don't understand why you need an appointment when other places do a first come first serve and have a line. Why should I trust rude workers for 2 days to look at my clothes to only get 2 things! So I had to lug all my stuff back to my car cause I would not trust them with the vintage items I have. DONT COME HERE!!!!!! Go anywhere else!

Great workers all well dressed. Hate that the men side is very small compared to the women's. The prices are sometimes reasonable but most are very expensive for being second hand clothes.
