“Surprisingly large selection for the small space and they have a lot of variety. There are a lot of books and ephemera that I haven't seen elsewhere, including literary maps (I picked up a map of LA with locations from Raymond Chandler's books marked on it).

Seems to have a lot of rare and collectable titles as well as a selection of signed books. There's a large discount section in front of the shop where books are 2 for $1.”

“My 13 yr old son loves it here. He's struggled all through 7th grade and when I say Middle Tree was heaven sent, I mean it! Since he started, his self esteem improved tremendously in regards to class work and homework. His teacher mentioned, he was doing a lot better in his classes and participating more. I love how the teachers are patient with him during tutoring. Their reward system is awesome too! I can't say enough great things about this program. If you're in the Whittier area check this place out! My son has picked up his grades and is interested in school because of the help Middle tree has provided. Middle tree was one of the best places he's been too. As a parent, this was a really big help!”

“People helping people is what this store is all about. It is so nice to have a thrift store in the Claremont Village. All proceeds are donated to local organizations that help people. It’s a great way to contribute to the community…donating extra stuff and shopping here both help people in need.”

“AgingNext is a good resource center meeting the needs of those in search of support with many challenges that come about unexpectedly. I came to the knowledge of Aging Next after serious health issues during recovery from surgery a few years ago. The support of each staff member has been such a blessing. They answered many questions from myself and my family members. A very welcoming staff willing to go the extra mile to make myself, family members, and friends be at ease during challenges that come about in life. Thank you to each staff member and those who support Aging Next. Without you, I and many others would not have the resources available today Thur Aging Next. Look them up??????”

“My 5 year old daughter is having violin lessons here and her violin teacher is the best and perfect for working with kids. The area has safe parking and there is even a Baskin Robbins right next to it if you're having an ice cream craving. I highly recommend this music school”
