Excellent customer service, wonderful doctors and staff! Prices are reasonable for the service you receive. The doctors will go over all of the options for your pet, however they will work with you on what you really need and what your budget will allow.I highly recommend this animal hospital.

We have received great customer care and service. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our dogs surgery was very stressful for us, but was made easier for us by all the staffs support and care.

I don't like to write many reviews, but I was so pleased with Dr. Oliver that I feel compelled to write this one. My cat, Emma, went to her for 4 years (from the time we moved to this area until Emma passed on). Emma got kidney disease, which ultimately killed her. Dr. Oliver kindly walked us through everything while the disease slowly attacked Emma. She was knowledgeable and straight forward about treatments, chances of success, and what would happen depending on the choices we made. After two years of fighting the disease, we had to put her down. Throughout everything, Dr. Oliver showed love and compassion for both Emma and me and my wife. She always took time to go over the many concerns we constantly had. The difficult day we decided we should put her down, Dr. Oliver found time for us in the schedule and made the experience the least bad she could. In short, Dr. Oliver is a fantastic veterinarian who is knowledgeable, good-hearted, direct, and personable. When we're ready, we will adopt new cats and we will definitely take them to Dr. Oliver.

I really like this place. They all, from the time you walk in the door, are so attentive and positive to our cats, as well as to us the human caregivers. I'm sure both my cats feel this way too, because they are always excited when they see their bag/carrier knowing they get to go for a ride in the car, even as the only place they go to is the vet. They love both docs and all the vet techs, plus they really like the cat that greets us at the front desk, a very friendly tabby who lives there will give them a sniff which seems to put them at ease. I figure if 2 cats ? can be happy with going to the vet, that vet is doing something right!?

I had the displeasure of taking my dog to the Claremont Veterinary Hospital recently. It was clear that she, my dog, was unwelcome at their hospital because she is a "dangerous breed". Some background on my dog is that she is an 11 year old Staffordshire terrier. Both the Veterinarian, Dr. Oliver, and the Vet Tech seemed completely uninterested in my needs and the fact that my dog was injured during her time "in the back". They did not inquire into how my elderly and anxious dog might react to certain "precautions" (restraints) that they put in place and simply deemed "she just didn't like it". Well, she gouged the side of her face trying to take off the muzzle they put on her face. I understand precautions but if you are unable to control a larger dog then that needs to be known and the exam should take place in the vicinity of the owner. We, my dog and I, have been to 5 different vets while we have moved up and down the West Coast and we have NEVER had the horrific interaction that we had at this Vet hospital. They are unprofessional and clearly cannot handle "dangerous" breeds without them injuring themselves. I HIGHLY recommend if you have a "dangerous" dog breed you go somewhere else because it seems that they are incapable of providing even basic care to their patients. We brought our 12 week old kitten here and had no issue, so again they really cannot be trusted with anything that is listed as dangerous. Will never come back to this clinic and will tell everyone I can they are NOT to be trusted. If I could leave a zero I would.

We had to say goodbye to our 13 year old Chelsea last week. Dr. Weigand and his staff were so kind and compassionate. He's great!!!

I have been taking my dogs to Claremont Veterinary Hospital for veterinary care for well over 15 years. I have stayed with this facility because of their dependability and wonderful care. Other veterinarians have come and gone, but Dr. Weigand remains and he is the best. It also helps that the facility is close to our house. I am particularly fond of this little rescue dog, and I would not trust his care to just anybody. He is intelligent and very loving. Dr. Weigand keeps him healthy.

All the staff at Claremont Veterinary Hospital are friendly and professional. Both veterinary’s are top notch and listen to your concerns before providing excellent care. I have had 5 animals seen 3 dogs and 2 cats. We’ve lost 2 dogs and their level of comfort and compassion is amazing. They recently ran blood work on my dog and are available to speak to you personally after the close of day. You couldn’t ask for better tear to care for your animal’s entrusts your animals to Claremont Veterinary Hospital, you’ll be glad you did

Hands down the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Oliver is so compassionate and explains things in such a clear way as to allow us to make the best choices for our cat. She understands that every animal is different and special. As long as I live in this area, I would never take my animal anywhere else.

I believe one must take the time to appreciate people who go above and beyond while performing their job functions. I am writing to commend the entire staff along with the doctors at Claremont Veterinary Hospital. I have had the pleasure of experiencing firsthand the very best professionalism from the hospital staff. They’re extremely courteous and have provided phenomenal service. My 5-year-old cat wasn’t able to urinate and she was taken to the veterinarian. The doctor diagnosed her with having stones in her bladder. Unfortunately because of the size of the crystal stones, it would be impossible for her to pass them on her own. The doctor recommended surgery to remove them. Unfortunately, at this time we are going thru a financial hardship. I explained my situation and was told the doctor would get back to me. The office manager called me a few days later to give me the good news. She told me they have an organization that would be able to cover the money portion I couldn’t afford. Not only did they save my baby but they also donated a case of special canned food for her. Let me just say actions speak just as loud as words in this case. Because of their phenomenal generosity, my beautiful Rubii had her surgery and is all better for now. We have never been to this veterinarian before. I’m thankful we did. You have no idea how grateful we are for everything you did for Rubii. My pets are just like my children, you do anything for them. Once again thank you….????

Very professional, lots of reception space so clients and pets are spaced out and we never have to wait very long like the previous vet I had been using. I also appreciate the medicine to put him out for his tail surgery was easy on my 50 lb dog's stomach.

They had a staff shortage the day of my appointment and notified me prior to my visit and again when I checked in. However, the wait time did not feel much longer, than regular service. We were checked in and out within an hour. I was given a great explanation of my dogs condition and further treatment. Love the care my dog was given to help prevent her from developing a fear of this veterinary office.

Thank you so much everyone. Pepe really appreciates it .
