The most useless Chase branch I have ever visited, unfortunately also the one closest to me, so I have to deal with it being always closed. Completely impossible to access any ATMs or the Amazon locker after hours as the card scanner never works. Forget about the drive through ATM working. Go somewhere else.

I have to say never have I had such a caring, loving, genuine teller ever, never like David❤️He knows me by name, knows my mom and always asks about her.My mom has banked with Chase at this branch forever.Unfortunately had to put my mom in a memory care facility but David never ceases to amaze me with helping me with any of my banking needs.He tells me stories of his encounters with mom, which is everything to me.I want to recognize others too at this branch, they knew my mom for years and took great care of her even when she would loose her bank card weekly.Thank you to all.David absolutely deserves an award, raise, promotion because he has been there, cried with me when I was at my lowest.Anyone who has had a loved one with dementia appreciates stories that you’ve never heard and for this I am so grateful.

Manager there Alicia acted like I was bugging her to come. Wastes my time and was very rude and unprofessional. This is how you treat a 20 plus year customer? She will pretend to be on phone to not help you . Good luck doing there

Love that they have a drive thru atm. Works perfect when you are in a rush and need to get some cash, deposit checks etc. no line when I came in.

Went in today and personal banker xochitl was a BIG help. Super personable, upbeat, and willing to be flexible and work with us.She has a great demeanor, was very knowledgeable, and efficient. I absolutely recommend working with her and will only work with her in the future. THANK YOU XOCHITL!!!

The first time came here to open an account and got help from Jeremy. Excellent and speedy customer service. Received a call back a week after to follow up on my new account. That surprises me with their excellent service but I missed the call. Appreciate it giving me a wonderful bank experience and loves to go there again!

New to the city of Claremont and I decided to open my new business account with chase. Called ahead and was able to make an appointment. Andrew Sanchez was more than helpful, he was greatly knowledgeable in this area. On top of all that, everything ran smoothly. Best experience amidst a pandemic. Thank you Andrew !!

Jeremy was amazing at trying to get our issue resolved. It's nice knowing what caused such a complex issue and having that peace of mind. Also, knowing we have someone who has our well-being in mind is incredibly nice. We had spent about two hours in two separate calls and gone to another branch before Jeremy was able to help us out. We should have come here first from the start. Before talking to Jeremy I was frustrated enough to change my savings to another bank but after talking to him I changed my mind and was happy to be serviced by Chase.

This bank is __NOT__ convenient for business banking. It's worth it to drive further to the next location. I was a walk-in 10 minute transaction and the business banker (was told only 1 at this location) says he was booked and I have to make an appointment to see him because he usually gets booked up. He had a 3pm and a 4pm and said he couldn't see me to get my 10 minute transaction done. It's no fault of his own but I have to make an appointment for every single transaction I need to get done for my business? That's like the complete opposite of an easy banking experience!. Again - no fault of the banker - but this branch should either specifically state business banker by appointment only or staff up to handle business banking walk in matters.
