Art was the first to greet us and went out of his way to introduce me to Luis, the Client Relations Manager, an owner of Miatas, to speak to me about his personal preferences about the car. He gave me the assurance I needed to really know if that car was what I really wanted. Art really knew who I should talk to and was able to answer all of my questions, and if not, introduced me to who could. Jimelle delivered the car to our address and reassured us to reach out when needed. Riza is very knowledgeable in her expertise and made sure I understood everything regarding the finance aspect of our transaction. Overall, a very amazing team.”

“John is running one of those businesses you wish other auto services should learn from. I have a 2017 Prius and took it to Toyota for a check up. Toyota wanted $400+ to clean the fan and change the air filter for the big battery!?!John quoted me $120. First positive is that he showed up on time.Second, he vacuumed the filter, showed me the fan is clean, and put it all back as a courtesy, no charge!Third, he gave me some advice on another issue I was having with mice in the car. I'll be calling Swell Hybrid the next time my Prius needs service.Thank you John!”

Patrick is not only a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest person, he is also willing to put effort into finding any part you need for your car, even if it is an older model! He called THREE different autoshops, the dealer, and the junkyard. He is willing to go far to take care of your vehicle! The last thing I'll say is that I took my car in for AC repair at a different location and I was told it wold cost over 1000 buckaroos! Patrick made it work for less than half of that estimate. If that is not enough to convince you to bring your car to Patrick, I don't know what will!”
